I was contacted the first day of my call. we met, was given a very fair bid, work accomplished very well with complete clean-up of wood and limbs on the ground.

He came out right away and gave estimate. Hired him at that time, was told he would be out to remove the tree in the next few days. After that I could not get in touch with him. Left multiple message on both his answering machine and cell phone.
