Accredited Roofing

On the second day of my roof replacement with Accredited, their office manager called to tell me they had already used 600? of wood to repair wood on my roof and that would add $5,600 to my bill. Unbeknownst to her, I had photographs and measurements of all the wood that had been replaced and I informed her it was nothing close to 600?. Despite me showing them the pictures and measurements, they refused to lower their figure below 300? (it was actually about 100?). They knew I needed a lien waiver and refused to give it to me until their inflated bill was paid. So I paid it and was cheated out of about $1,800

I had roofed shingled and ceilings painted, Steve kept me updated on repairs and material. Everyone cleaned up and it was all done professionally. I would hire them again! Thank you Steve and crew!

They broke seven rafters in my home, cracked kitchen ceiling in 3 directions, tore up 67 feet of fascia and guttering. I had a representative from shingle manufacturing company come out and stated its one of the worst roofing job he has ever seen since he's been on the job. In order to get these matters remedy they are very unprofessional and condescending.

Steve came to assess our roof problem the day that we first contacted him on October 26. He informed us the work could be done November 01, however, the following day ( October 27 ) Steve contacted us and said his number one repairman could come that same afternoon to make the repairs. The repairs were done that afternoon and we were so pleased that the work was completed in a very timely manner.

We had some shingles blow off the roof during the record setting rains in December. There were water spots forming on the ceiling and also a leak near our bay windows so I called Accredited Roofing. The owner, Steve, came over to our house within a couple hours. It was still raining so he came over the following day to get on the roof himself and diagnose the problem. He actually found some other issues with the caulking and seals around some of our windows and where the roof meets the chimney. He took multiple pictures and showed us exactly where all the problem areas were and provided a quote. He scheduled us for the first appointment they had available four days later. However, it was a pleasant surprise when his team worked us in and ended up getting the job done the following day. They even cleaned our gutters out as a courtesy. Steve stopped by a few days later to show us pictures of the completed work and make sure we were satisfied. He was very friendly and professional and was thorough in showing us before and after pictures of where the work had done. I would highly recommend Accredited Roofing to anyone. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future roofing needs.

I called Steve to get a quote to fix the missing shingles on my roof. He showed up on time, had a very professional appearance, and he was extremely polite. Not much

Steve was very responsive and professional from the start. Actually worked me in a week earlier than promised (unlike another contractor on Homeadvisor that kept putting me off for over two months!). Steve communicated with me directly during the whole process and answered all my questions during and after the work. Steve came out to personally inspect the work prior to payment. Not that I expect any problems with the repairs but I firmly believe Accredited will be there if any problems do arise.

They came when they said they would and finished quickly in a professional manner.
