Not well, I informed the office that I needed acid for the repairman did not arrive with the Acid for the sump pump

Technician proved knowledgeable in his technical field, satisfied customer.

It went very well. Christopher, the plumber, was very thorough, explained what he was doing every step of the way and was very professional.

Christopher was very courteous and knowledgeable. Instead of just installing the shut-off valve, he inspected downstairs to see if there was a shut-off valve located elsewhere. He discovered that there was one and therefore, did not need to install another one. He even offered to speak to the gas dryer delivery guys to ensure that they are able to install the new gas dryer when they redeliver (they refused to install when they came the first time since they didn't see a shut-off valve). I would definitely use them again.

Punctual. Professional. Explained the process thoroughly. Made recommendations, but did not feel pressure. We did go with the maintenence contract as we were pleased with the work. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Nobody showed up , when contacted office said 2 messages had been left. I don't know what number was called but it wasn't mine that they had used to verify the appointment on Saturday.

Some initial scheduling challenges with whoever scheduled the call but the tech was great, came out right away, apologized and fixed the issue.

Wonderful Well groomed you man arrived on time to install the Aprilaire humidifier. Pleasant fellow to chat with about his work while installing the humidifier. Did not like being subjected to upsell for service contract, but that is not figured into the questions responded to above.

The guy who came did a thorough job, very professional and took down the date and time I wanyted to have my airconditioner unit check, clean and maintained. A.W.E is the only company from whom I bought a Home Warranty Policy that e-mailed me asking if I wanted to have my furnance checked. The other companies I dealt with and the past just collected my money and did not bother coming to check our home appliance. I will be working with you for a long time. Thanks for your customer caring policy.

Very well. I signed up to get their bi-yearly checks on my furnace. They inspect and clean it.

Settled on a smaller unit over the phone but was then encouraged to bump up in size. They were unable to install new valve so had to stick with older style. Overall it went well with minor hiccups. Return call to set appointment came a day later than expected due to their being busy

The installation went well. The price was advertised as $349 but the technician charged me an additional $65 to install a valve on my hot water line. The deal said that it includes al necessary hardware to do the job, but he told me this valve was required by city code an costs more.

Came on time, performed the work professionally and for the price quoted, could not have asked for more!

Great guy came over knows his stuff

Purchased an Angie's list deal for humidifier installation of a humidifier. In the add it states that all plumbing, electrical and ducting is included. When I scheduled the install all of the sudden there is a $65.00 up charge for a valve they need to install to make it up to code. If they installed it the way it was advertised it wouldn't meet code. They would be happy to install it out of code.To me any company that would advertise work that does not meet code and offers to do work that does not meet code is terrible. Obvious bait and switch tactic to drive up the price. DO THE WORK YOU PROMISED IN YOUR AD!! Very Disappointed.

The installation itself was done correctly. But there was an issue with the total price. The deal indicated $349 for installation that included all materials and labor. They informed me that there will be another $64 for another part (a valve) which is not part of the included material or labor as it supposedly is a part and not material. I decided to go with the installation as we needed to get a humidifier either way. There was also an issue with the installation date where they had to move it another 2 weeks than the original scheduled date.

Making the appointment was very easy, they arrived as scheduled both times, Spring & Fall, and conducted their work in a very honest and professional manner. In the past I have had a company tell me I needed a new furnace and also a new humidifier. It has been three years since then, and I still have the same furnace and humidifier. AWE is very honest and professional, and both their office staff as well as their service personnel are very courteous and professional. I will continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs!
