Efrain, of Micro-Green Restoration & Services, did a bang up job on my backsplash!!! He was professional, timely, clean, and reliable. I do all of my own upgrades on my home but I knew enough that the porcelain mosaic tile in a herringbone pattern I picked out was out of my league. I was nervous to call someone out to put this finishing detail in the kitchen I had installed but recognized very quickly upon Efrainâ s arrival that my project was in good hands. Efrain knows his stuff. He was really efficient. He worked quickly but never compromised on the quality; he paid attention to the details and didnâ t get sloppy at the end of the day! He was communicative and always open to any questions/thoughts/concerns I had. It was clear to me that he genuinely wanted me to be happy with the final outcome which is so important when you have people coming into your home. Iâ ll be happy to call Efrain back on any future projects that are outside my expertise and within the realm of his company's offerings. And I will 100% share his info when my local friends and family need a high quality hired hand.

Efrain was fantastic. Had water damage, mold in drywall, asbestos tile under soaked carpet, damaged fixtures in bathroom. He repaired it all and it looks great. He is very organized, kept neat and clean work areas, promptly removed damaged material, was very patient with me and my many questions and the completed work looks great.

Honest trustworthy fair price great professional job and experience

We are very happy with the service from Micro-Green! While we've not yet received the report, the owner was extremely professional and took time to hear the details of what happened and to talk us through his decision-making about where to test and why in our large basement with many rooms. Because it is important to have a different company do the testing from who does the remediation work, it was important that we use someone who would not seek to impede on our remediation contractor's responsibilities in the project. We were very pleased that Efrain treated our other remediation company with respect and honored their role in our project. I recommend this company highly and will update this recommendation if/as needed following getting the report and working through decisions for what to keep and what to throw away based on the mold test results.

Micro Green gave me a 12 page letter with detailed drawings of the mold issues. What they will do to fix the isse¡ue, pre & post testing done by outside laboratory & I am totally satisfied with their service. I will always contact Micro - Greeen Restoration & Services for any future needs. Highly recommended. A +++

Excellent professional service. Owner gave me very detailed 12 description ( last page recap) of what needs to be done, and what he would do. Description came with detailed drawings of where the world needs to be done and how he would fix the issues of mold and water leakage. I am totally satisfied, never even bothered to get another quote from another company. A+++
