Spoke with Oscar on 10/11/16, stated that he would call me back and let me know if they could go by and look at the gutters since I am at work during the day. Never hear back from Oscar (10/13/16). Based on prior reviews, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong!

It went very well. Oscar looked at the issue and decided that only sealant was required around the chimney. That worked and I did not have any further issues. Other providers wanted to do significantly more work for a higher price. I would use them again for any roofing needs. He also re-nailed a few loose shingles for me.

Autoro and his company was recommended by house a few blocks down, so we decided to schedule an interview. He was very patient with my father who asks the same questions more than once, and came on time every time. He showed us a selection of shingles and got started fairly quickly. The job took almost the whole weekend. His workers came and got the job done. My advice would be too keep an eye on everyone while there working. But overall, he did a great job

The work was done well and fairly quickly, but we had some issues getting Oscar to follow up after the work was done. But when we got in touch, he did a nice job of making sure we were comfortable with the work by coming back out to the house and taking pictures to show us what had been done, and even adding a little additional waterproofing at no cost. The lack of communication was frustrating, but I really appreciate that Oscar made things right in the end.

After coming out and discussing the work and the cost, I never heard back from them again, though I tried contacting them three or four times.

We had an appointment, he didn't show. I waited several hours, when I called him the next day he said he didn't remember. I gave him a second chance, he arrived late and went on roof for about 5-10 min. and did nothing. He showed me one picture and stayed he would fix for extra cost, I asked for a quote. He didn't give me any kind of report about the roof and he left and I never hear from him again!

They did a good job. They inspected a roof and I was missing a shingle. He actually put a shingle up there for me. He didn't charge me extra. He was very nice. They did more than what they said. They came when they said they would.

Arturo is the go to guy. If you are not happy with anything in particular, Arturo will come to make sure that everything gets taken care of . He gives sound professional advice and when he gives you a time that he will be there, he is always prompt and professional. I plan on letting them replace my roof this spring. They are awesome!

They didn't do any work. The inspection was OK, but there was no follow-up. They were supposed to mail out the report and I never got that. I had some work that needed to be done and he was going to send me the estimate. I didn't get it. There was a mix-up between the partners. They called, scheduled a time, and the person that came out wasn't aware of that. He was supposed to call me back about the scheduling, and I ended up calling them.

Good. Company made it on time, completed the job timely.

Oscar came out gave estimate. My parents agreed to the work. Oscar promised work to be schedule within next two weeks. After ten days, contacted Oscar again an was promised a schedule the next day or possibly Saturday or Sunday. Via text message. One week later, no response. No excuse to No communication! Terrible customer service.

I hoped that the tune up would correct the issue and that I could hold off on installing a new roof. The representative, Ray, spent about an hour inspecting the roof. He took pictures and all. He promised an estimate for repairs with the pictures attached within two days. Unfortunately, I never received an estimate or the pictures. Moreover, while he took a couple of tools up to the roof for the "tune up," he never used them. It was a complete waste of time and money. In my opinion, this was just a glorified sales pitch, that I paid for. It was shady at best. The irony here is that this company never even sent a proposal to do the more extensive work suggested, replacing the roof. I called Arturo, who I believe is the owner, about two weeks after the estimate was promised. He seemed confused about the lack of follow through. Good new is, he promised to get the estimate right over to me. Bad news is, I never received it.

He was a great guy. He took his time with the work. He pointed out a lot things that needed fixed and did the repairs. He also showed me that my chimney needed repairs. If I need more roofing done, I'll probably contact this company.

Work was performed to my satisfaction!

Oscar set a date to review the work needed and was right on time. He did a good job of explaining the scope of work and provided a quote that was competitive with another quote I received. I am very satisfied with the work. Three guys worked 4 hours non stop to complete the job. My reason for rating this a B was I felt the communication regarding scheduling of the job could have been better.

I had used Progressive Roofing last year via a coupon offered on Angie's list. At the time, they were punctual and did what the coupon said they would do, plus repaired a section of our roof that had been damaged in a storm. I was pleased with their timely work. They were also very respectful. This time, another section of the roof had the same problem that I had last year, and I didn't think twice about calling them. Oscar responded to my call and promised to come out, after setting a time with me. He never showed, and since then, neither he nor anyone else in the company has returned any of my calls (messages were left at both the company phone and his personal cell). Perhaps it was too big of a job for them, or because of the job they did last year, they didn't want to deal with it? I don't know, but at least a return call informing me that they do not want the job would have been better than no response. Extremely unprofessional and makes me question their reliability for any work outside of the Angie's list coupon.

The inspection was okay, but they were supposed to follow up with me about an estimate on gutter covers and a few other more-pressing repairs on the garage roof. I never heard from them again. I would not use them again.

They did good work but actually had to come back and do some extra work which they did with little hassle. They are very nice.

Jonathan and 2 other roofers were punctual and professional. When they arrived they got right to work and was done in about 20 minutes. Jonathan took several pictures of the roof and showed the before and after repairs. Auturo the owner is very accommodating and easy to work. I would definitely use them again.

I explained we had a problem and were having leaking that was running down the garage wall. He said he would look at. He took pictures and was suppose to send them and I still haven't received them. He said that previous work hadn't been done well. He put some caulking in a cracked area. He was pleasant enough. We're still uncertain if the leaking has been taken care of.

Had storm damage on Feb 19. Had them come out on 3/1 for an estimate. Since then I have left messages for them several times. State Farm has left messages for them several times. No call back. Rude and unprofessional. I don't care how busy you are it is common courtesy to return a call.

However, I was not pleased with the meeting. This was our third roofing company estimate, and I found it very non-informative and irritating. The estimator was not able to provide many specifics about materials to be used or the replacement process. He just kept telling me how the owner is such a great guy & he totally trusts him. We never received the estimate we were promised or any follow-up communication. Since we had two other great companies to consider, we gave up and chose not to pursue this any further. However, it was disappointing based on the reviews we had read about this company. We expected so much more.

Last year I paid for the roof inspection and minor repair service at about $189.00 and ten boot replacement on two vent pipes. A squirrel had eaten the rubber around one the other was lead and needed replacing. The total for that was $500.00 or so. This year I had a leak in the same place that prompted me to contact the company in the first place. The came out, in the rain I might add, and did the repair of the leak causing me grief (a nail was working loose from the roofing) as well as a newly discovered one that was located by the flashing of the chimney. All at no charge. Pretty impressive service.

I paid $149 for a "tune-up" which consisted of looking at the roof and advising I need 2 vent boots. Sounds like I paid $149 for an estimate to me. I was quoted $520 for 2 vent boots. Twice when I talked to the company on the phone I advised I would also like the gutters cleaned, also. Both times I was told they would not clean the gutters but if the person that comes out has time they were sure he would do it and at a reasonable price. the gentleman that came out said no one told him about gutters but while he was on the roof if he sees anything he will throw it down for $20. He also advised for $30 he would cut my lilac bush as it was hitting the gutter, to which I declined. So I paid $149 and cash of $20 for the gutters. I found someone else that came out for free for an estimate and will do both boots including labor for $175. Bottom line, I paid Progressive $149 for "tune-up", $20 for gutters and would have paid $520 for work on vent boots totaling $689 if I agreed they should do it. With the other company I paid only $175.
