We had some siding that blew off our house due to wind. Most contractors were not willing to do a small repair job, but I called Arturo at 4pm on a Friday. He came out at 10am the next day to give me a quote, and he had the repair completed within a few hours the same day. He was responsive, easy to work with, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had some leaks on my Warehouse roof. The Silver Phoenix lead guy came and assessed what needed to be done. Their crew showed up when they told me they would. They brought sufficient help to do the work that was needed. All of their guys were courteous and professional. I felt there pricing was reasonable and that they did a good job, so I hired them to repair some leaks on a second warehouse that I own. Again - I really liked the results on the second roof.

Arturo and crew did repairs to Valley. The resurfaced two balconies on the property. The work and workshop were excellent. They approach to resolving our roof seepage issues. I feel confident that they will s/b resolve our seepage issue. I will tell it the seepage issues were resolved. I am Really disappointed with the responsiveness of this group. Took them over a week to email an initial quote, stated my work could not be done for coupon price and then never called me back to discuss my questions/ next steps. Also never heard back from their public adjuster regarding negotiations with my insurer. Its really sad when companies don't need your money. Totally frustrating.

It went well. They came out right away, gave me a reasonable estimate and did the work quickly. In addition, they informed me of masonry work needed on the chimney that they don’t do.

Excellent. Arturo came to examine the area soon after my phone call and gave me the cost estimate. We made an appointment for his crew to come soon after and replace the flashing that storms had blown down. The crew arrived promptly on time and soon replaced the flashing and, in addition, fastened additional flashing that was loose and would have blown off in next heavy winds. Throughout, all were efficient, professional, and friendly. Way to go, Progressive!

Progressive Roofing & Construction were quick to come over and look at my roof. Communication was good up front. I thought I was lucky since the brother of the owner came to see what had to be done to fix the problem with my entrance. We discussed the work a little bit and I felt he understood what needed to be done. As he left he promised to get back to me asap. Unfortunately -- I was never called back. After a week and half or so I called the company and was told they would get back to me -- but again never got the call back. I had heard that it's hit or miss with this company -- if they get back to you the quality of the work is supposed to be good. Never got the chance to see since sadly it was a miss for me. Hate to give bad reviews for work not done.

We received three bids for a complete tear-off of our old roof and installation of a new roof. Progressive's quote was the lowest of the three, even including a layer of insulation not offered by the other bidders. The estimator and manager of the team, Arturo, was excellent in terms of communications and availability to discuss the project while it was underway. I appreciated his straightforward explanations of options (e.g., the aforementioned insulation) and costs; there was no "upsell" pressure. Although I cannot easily access the roof to assess the quality of the job (nor am I qualified to evaluate the work anyway), I'm comfortable the team did well by us. Certainly we've had no issues with leaking since the work was done (and leaking was a problem beforehand). There was a minor problem in that a roofer stepped through a weak spot in the roof, causing damage to a bedroom ceiling below. The provider fixed the problem area satisfactorily at no cost.

He gave me a very reasonable rate and they are coming out next week to repair the roof. Very professional company.

Took awhile for us to hook up but we finale where able to. They came out and did a full inspection on the roof and all the flashing. They made minor repairs on some of the flashing and sealed some of the nails that were popping out. In the end they gave me the inspection sheet that has a lot of details on the repairs (some he took a picture of with his phone). I felt good about the repairs because there where a before and after pics. He did not try to push any other sales on me and said the roof can make it another 5 years. This seemed right because we had it replaced in 2001 so 17 years is about right.

Progressive roofing is an amazing service provider. My roof had several areas that needed to be repaired from a preventative standpoint to extend the useful life of the roof. I called them up and Oscar their sales person was out the next day and gave me a detailed estimate that was more competitive than the 3 other estimates I received. I had no issue scheduling the repair and the crew arrived at 8am as they were supposed to and immediately got to work. Oscar came out with the rest of the team and brought them up to speed with what needed to be done and Jonathan the foreman took over after that. As they had to come in and out of my house several times to access the roof they were always very courteous. And they invited me up on to the roof a couple of times during their work to make sure that I understood exactly what was happening and encouraged me to ask questions so that I could feel comfortable that everything was being done to my satisfaction. Additionally the owner Arturo came by and also made sure that everything was going well. What great care and service. And you can tell by the current appearance of the roof that they are excellent craftsmen. I highly recommend Progressive Roofing for all your roofing needs.
