Prompt scheduling. 
Inspector came on time. 
Even before he went on roof, he was interested in finding out about my Home Insurance, deductibles etc. After inspection, he suggested I file a claim with my home Insurance. When I asked, if the insurance does not pay the claim, he said the roof will be good for another 5 years. 
He promised to send a full report, but even after my follow up email, he did not send any written report. 
My purpose of getting the inspection was to access my 15 year old roof, before it start leaking, I felt that the inspectors purpose was to drum up more repair business for his company, if I can get my insurance to pay for it. 
I would not recommend them.

Progressive arrived on time. They walked me through all that they were going to do and I showed them were the leak was coming in through my ceiling.  They caulked a few nail holes, some areas around the chimney and found (we think and hope) the source of the leak into the ceiling.  It was actually from a window sill. As a courtesy, Progressive caulked the sill even though this was not part of the roof tune-up package and for which I am VERY appreciative. Progressive let me know the caulking of the sill was a temporary fix and that ultimately it would need further repair - all good in my eyes. The roof tune up for bucks was steal and worth every cent.

With regard to replacing my roof, Progressive let me know that I still had 2-3 good years left on my roof, but that it would need to be replaced after that. It was refreshing to know that they weren't trying to get a quick sale by telling me I needed to replace the roof today!  While I don't have anything to compare it against yet, I thought the quote for the new roof on house and garage was a bit high. But, I'll definitely be calling them in 2-3 years for a quote when it comes time to replace the roof.

Service provider pleasant enough. Roof check for our large roof was done in 20 mins. They showed me photos of my roof where they said repairs were needed from hail damage and where they did minor sealing in spot I said we had a little leak after a recent storm. Service provider promised to follow up with estimates on repairs needed. The estimate never came, so I called 2 weeks later. They apologized, and I was told I'd get the estimate. It has been well over 1 month and still no estimate. And the place they said they sealed has leaked-- no change from before. I'm skeptical now that they even checked my roof. It seems like a scam.

It went very well.  He repaired what I expected he'd have to repair after his inspection & his quote for a new roof was not out of line from other quotes we've received.  He was very nice & seemed knowledgeable about roofing.  Of course, the real test of his minor repairs can only be measured after we've had a good rain.

Communication was good and the worker was prompt and courteous.  I showed him a problem we are having with a leak, and he quickly helped troubleshoot the issue and attempted to perform a quick fix.  He also offered alternatives for a more long-term approach.  Was very diligent and I feel that he did what he could.  We'll have to wait until it rains again to see if it worked!

I was contacted by e-mail with a time that worked well for me. The technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.  I would use again.

Felt like we got an honest opinion when he said the roof was basically still in good shape.  Would recommend this company and would use them again.

Communication was poor, and I really didn't get anything for what I paid. I paid $99 just for him to come out and do an estimate.

Also told me that there was evidence of hail damage to some of the vents, but mostly cosmetic.  Explained how some trees overhanging the roof can damage the shingles.
He suggested an annual inspection.  I intend to do it.

Progressive Roofing was very professional and prompt.  Their rep was able to communicate openly about what was best for me.
