The work was done well and fairly quickly, but we had some issues getting Oscar to follow up after the work was done. But when we got in touch, he did a nice job of making sure we were comfortable with the work by coming back out to the house and taking pictures to show us what had been done, and even adding a little additional waterproofing at no cost. The lack of communication was frustrating, but I really appreciate that Oscar made things right in the end.

After coming out and discussing the work and the cost, I never heard back from them again, though I tried contacting them three or four times.

We had an appointment, he didn't show. I waited several hours, when I called him the next day he said he didn't remember. I gave him a second chance, he arrived late and went on roof for about 5-10 min. and did nothing. He showed me one picture and stayed he would fix for extra cost, I asked for a quote. He didn't give me any kind of report about the roof and he left and I never hear from him again!

They did a good job. They inspected a roof and I was missing a shingle. He actually put a shingle up there for me. He didn't charge me extra. He was very nice. They did more than what they said. They came when they said they would.

I would use them in the future.

They didn't do any work. The inspection was OK, but there was no follow-up. They were supposed to mail out the report and I never got that. I had some work that needed to be done and he was going to send me the estimate. I didn't get it. There was a mix-up between the partners. They called, scheduled a time, and the person that came out wasn't aware of that. He was supposed to call me back about the scheduling, and I ended up calling them.

Good. Company made it on time, completed the job timely.

Oscar came out gave estimate. My parents agreed to the work. Oscar promised work to be schedule within next two weeks. After ten days, contacted Oscar again an was promised a schedule the next day or possibly Saturday or Sunday. Via text message. One week later, no response. No excuse to No communication! Terrible customer service.

I hoped that the tune up would correct the issue and that I could hold off on installing a new roof. The representative, Ray, spent about an hour inspecting the roof. He took pictures and all. He promised an estimate for repairs with the pictures attached within two days. Unfortunately, I never received an estimate or the pictures. Moreover, while he took a couple of tools up to the roof for the "tune up," he never used them. It was a complete waste of time and money. In my opinion, this was just a glorified sales pitch, that I paid for. It was shady at best. The irony here is that this company never even sent a proposal to do the more extensive work suggested, replacing the roof. I called Arturo, who I believe is the owner, about two weeks after the estimate was promised. He seemed confused about the lack of follow through. Good new is, he promised to get the estimate right over to me. Bad news is, I never received it.

He was a great guy. He took his time with the work. He pointed out a lot things that needed fixed and did the repairs. He also showed me that my chimney needed repairs. If I need more roofing done, I'll probably contact this company.

Oscar set a date to review the work needed and was right on time. He did a good job of explaining the scope of work and provided a quote that was competitive with another quote I received. I am very satisfied with the work. Three guys worked 4 hours non stop to complete the job. My reason for rating this a B was I felt the communication regarding scheduling of the job could have been better.

I had used Progressive Roofing last year via a coupon offered on Angie's list. At the time, they were punctual and did what the coupon said they would do, plus repaired a section of our roof that had been damaged in a storm. I was pleased with their timely work. They were also very respectful. This time, another section of the roof had the same problem that I had last year, and I didn't think twice about calling them. Oscar responded to my call and promised to come out, after setting a time with me. He never showed, and since then, neither he nor anyone else in the company has returned any of my calls (messages were left at both the company phone and his personal cell). Perhaps it was too big of a job for them, or because of the job they did last year, they didn't want to deal with it? I don't know, but at least a return call informing me that they do not want the job would have been better than no response. Extremely unprofessional and makes me question their reliability for any work outside of the Angie's list coupon.

The inspection was okay, but they were supposed to follow up with me about an estimate on gutter covers and a few other more-pressing repairs on the garage roof. I never heard from them again. I would not use them again.

They did good work but actually had to come back and do some extra work which they did with little hassle. They are very nice.
