It did not go well. They wanted to charge me for different things to inspect my roof. We had some hail damage and I wanted them to come out and inspect my roof and the guy didn’t come out with the right ladders or anything. They were ill prepared. I have a really big house, I told them that before they came out. We have a lot of elevation and he couldn’t even get up the ladder. It was a total waste of time. My interaction with them was poor. They didn’t do anything. He got here on time. I would not use them again in the future.

They eventually came and inspected the roof, took some pictures but we only got ONE. They said we had damage from hail and that they could replace/repair the roof. They didn't attempt any minor repairs which was part of the bargain. They never got back to us about repair

I was pleased that the provider didn't push for a big project. Just the opposite -- their inspector basically said we needed touch-up work. We ended up postponing that.

I did not go. Not at all. Almost one month later and this company hasn't even had the decency to contact me and tell me they weren't interested in working for me. This is the second time I have tried to take advantage of emailed offers from angies list and both times I have never wound up getting any response. I'm done trying to take advantage of your email offers. The whole thing leaves a very sour taste in my mouth and gives angie's list a huge black eye to their reputation

Went on roof, gave an overprice for new boots which I had done elsewhere for 1/4 their price. Never did hammer in loose nails. Did nothing for the money. Wanted to cut some branches near the roof from a lilac bush for a price. Totally worthless waste of my money.
