They guy was very nice. We don't need a complete roof, just some repair work. He wasn't going to be able to get to us for a couple of weeks. I was a bit worried since there was water coming in. Well he showed up an hour later and put a temporary patch on for us, and this was before we had even signed a contract with them. I appreciated that he patched it so we didn't get more water in.

When our neighborhood was hit with a violent hailstorm in July 2014, dozens of areas homes needed new roofs, windows, etc.  We contracted with A+ roofing out of Burr Ridge, Illinois to replace our roof.  From start to finish, our representative (Ron Westphal) was completely professional and straightforward with what was needed and what he recommended.  
Our insurance company sent adjusters/estimators to our house on three (yes three) separate occasions.  Each time, including Sunday mornings, Ron traveled to meet with them to thoroughly review the damage and be an advocate on our behalf.  This included not only damage to the roof, which A+ replaced, but also damage to our siding and windows which A+ does not do.  Ron was a big help in securing agreement with our insurer to repair these damaged items as well as the roof.
As for the roof, A+ installed GAF Timberline shingles which come with an outstanding warranty.  The completed job was excellent! The workers were not only professional and punctual, but cleared our property from the debris (shingles, old nails, wood scraps) that naturally results from a roof tear down.  We are very happy with our new roof and would recommend A+ Roofing Company to others.

It was a fine job quality wise. Three complaints:

1. It took a long time to finish. Contract was signed on 5/26/14. A+ Roofing promised me 3 times to complete the job but never made it. Eventually the job was completed on 8/20/14, took almost 3 months.

2. They used my siding material, they should have used theirs. Still charged me same amount of money.

3. The price is high.

I needed my windows replaced so I called their office and scheduled an appointment. They came on time and provided an estimate with a few options to choose from. Prices seamed reasonable so I decided to go with them. The crew showed up in the morning as scheduled and did a great job.

The whole process went very smoothly. I love my new windows and was very happy with A+ Roofing.

When the rep. came out to give the estimate he was very patient and did not make us feel pressured. He was informative, addressed all our concerns, and took the time to explaining the different options available to us. His professionalism and fair pricing made our decision an easy one. My wife and I are very pleased with the workmanship. The installation was quick and clean with no hidden surprises.  The Siding looks great.

When the salesman was out, they said they’d finish the job on the outside during the other work, but the technicians didn’t finish it. Once we complained to them about this, they sent out technicians right away to finish the job correctly.

They were very good overall. They did everything I asked and then some! They showed up on time, got the job done when they said they would, and were very professional. We had no problems negotiating the price and I would recommend them.

After finally starting on the job, roof was first but they run out of shingles and time so they left half the garage exposed. Luckily no rain that night and finished the job next day. Some damage to grass and had to do more cleanup outside where lots of nails were scattered all over around the house. A week later, dish fell on roof so I called and they sent installer that fixed dish as it was not nailed properly to roof. Next they changed all the gutters but did not do the job as instructed as three downspouts needed to be clipped into smaller pipes. Had to purchase attachment myself and they came back and fixed same week. Finally the Windows and door were delivered and they installed windows ok but messed up the sliding door. This was the first time they deal with a Jeld Wen sliding door so they installed it but did not feel right closing. They came back and made some adjustments but a week later when the temperature dropped there was a draft inside. Air was leaking inside all over, I called them and they didn't know what to do...this dragged on for a month then they said to call the place that made the door who finally sent a guy that had no clue and said one piece is missing between the two sliding pieces. Once the piece was here another guy came in and said this is not the piece and it's all screwed up. I finally called Jeld Wen and they sent someone who finally had a clue. Door was missing multiple pieces. He ordered locking piece needed between the two doors then another piece that goes under the sliding door. Two brackets and something else. Once I got all the pieces, I called A+ back and they sent the installer again where I instructed him exactly what to do per Jeld Wen's instructions. Door now is ok now but still have some issues sliding and locking sometimes.
If you have any issues, talk to Ivan he'll straighten any issues.

My overall experience with him was good. He is a little pricey but he did a real good job. I would use him in the future. In fact, I am going to have him remodel my living room.

The experience was okay with him. He wasn't punctual, he got out here at his own sweet time and he was supposedly going to clean the gutters that he didn't. He didn't even match, his clean up was good but as I said he never did the gutters. I haven't had leak since so the quality of work is an A. I am not going to use him again because he did not do the gutters.

Alecko came out initially to give us a bid. We asked him to come back again as one of our "finalists" which he did. After we decided to go with them, we had a few more details to hammer out (other things we wanted included on the bid in writing etc.) & Alecko was very responsive, eager to work with us & eager to please. We were then preliminarily scheduled & work began shortly after the initial date (weather). Alecko stopped by periodically to check on the work. When all work was finished, we asked Alecko to come back one more time so that we could go through step by step what had been done & make sure all was well. We even had a couple things we still wanted done & he finished up the job that day to our satisfaction.
