Showed up on time ,balanced new furnace on bricks found in my yard (not exactly my preference for installation) Damaged a door frame removing old furnace. On the positive side they are friendly and replaced some cracked gas line fittings that could have created a real problem.

Do to the new age of the item it was under warranty and a new part was ordered. the service tech was great. courteous and totally professional.

A pipe from the sump pump was leaking and I phoned Turney late Thursday afternoon to request service. They were not able to send someone out until the following Wednesday. On the Tuesday before their scheduled arrival, the pipe burst. I phoned them immediately and they sent Joshua and a helper out right away. They replaced the pipe. At that time we discussed replacing the sump pump but decided not to as it seemed to be working properly. There was no pressure to purchase a pump.The cost for this service (replacing the sump pump pipe and regulator valve) was $94.87.

Unfortunately, a few weeks later on a Sunday, the sump pump developed problems, e.g. would not quit running. Because of impending storms that day, I decided to go ahead and have the sump pump replaced then even though the charge would be time and a half for labor on Sunday. Jim Turney came out promptly at the prearranged time and replaced the sump pump. He said he would arrange to have the pipe affixed more securely to the wall during the week. Turney phoned and sent Josh to complete the repair.
Josh came and did an excellent job of securing the discharge pipe to the wall. (He did what the contractor should have done in the first place.) The cost for these services (mainly replacing the sump pump and securing the discharge pipe) was $392.09 which included the extra fee for after hours service call and labor. Labor has a one year warranty. Parts are probably warranted according to the manufacturer.
I was very impressed with the quality of the service I received from both Josh and Jim. They were knowledgeable, came when they said they would, answered the questions that I had, and cleaned up after the job was finished. They were also friendly, helpful, and courteous.
If problems arise in the future, I would contact Turney again.

We could not be more please!! I would highly recommend to others. I called them after looking them up on your list...called them told them what was wrong...they sent someone out...they looked the heater over (this was on wednesday ) and had to go back to the office to see about ordering..called back would be Friday before they could take care of the heater. friday came and they were here..they ran into problems BUT they made everything work and got us hot water...

We have worked with Turney's for almost 15 years on several different occasions and they are the ONLY company that we will ever call. Tonight was another prime example of the kind of business that they run. Our heater went out after business hours, we got in touch with Jim (the owner) and within the hour he was here to fix our problem. Within 30 minutes the heat was back on! No matter when we've called...after hours, holidays, we always get someone on the phone and we are always back in business within hours! Regardless of who comes out to do the job, all of their employees are top notch. You truly can't ask for more from a service based business!

Called for an estimate for all new plumbing. they made appointment with me for next day and gave me an estimate that was the final price. Very prompt. They set up a date and time that worked with my schedule and did all plumbing in one day. They work really fast. Moved gas line the following day. They also clean up their mess.
I will definitley use them again. Their whole set up from start to finish is very professional.

Sewer backed up into basement, big time rain.You know the one we were
praying for all summer, not so much now. Called on Friday night,around
7-8pm after getting number from Angie's list. Got a lady that does there
call service. I really did not think I would here anything until
business hours Saturday. In 5-10 minutes I had a call back from Jim. He
said he could come out in the morning with one person ahead of me. Now I
have to do this about ever 3-4 years because of maple tree in my yard.
The older gentleman that had done this for years died and I have tried
two other business's that did not impress me. Turney's had the right
equipment, I have become somewhat an expert as to the cutting heads, etc
that is used after all these years. He got the line cleaned out,
cleaned up his mess and I will be calling him back if I need my sewer
cleaned out again. I was impressed with these guys a few years back when
I was getting my A/C replaced. I went with someone closer to my home
and that was a mistake. These guys are pro's.

Everything was great. the crew was very professional. Mr Turney came personally overlooked the job. tehy began on time and finished as promised.When I went to his shop for an explanatin of the newer unit I received the informatin needed very quickly.

Everything went well and it is still working
