First off, Howard is the most stand-up service contractor you'll encounter. No job is too small, and you feel like family after the first time you meet him. The work was done quickly and professionally, the price was right, and Howard made sure everything looked OK at the end of the job. We did have some trouble getting a hold of each other at times, but Howard over-delivered on all aspects of customer service. Truly a class act.

We needed to replace 24 windows on the house we just bought. Everyone we dealt with at Integrity was courteous, considerate, and professional, and their price was far lower than the other companies-- they use a mid-range window instead of the super-fancy model, but that's fine They were installed on time, and we were not permitted to pay until the owner came by after a few weeks and inspected each window by hand. When traffic created problems getting to our house on time for an appointment, he called ahead to reschedule out of respect for our time. This company is fantastic, the windows are all an excellent fit and work perfectly.

Howard runs a fantastic operation! His crew did a wonderful job installing the siding. There were a few bumps in the road, but given the size and complexity of the project, they were understandable. Howard's pricing was right in line with the other non chain siding quotes we received. During the entire process I felt I was treated with respect and that my concerns were being addressed. If we didn't already have new windows in the house, I would hire Howard to install new windows as well!

Prompt service. Great quality. Extremely reasonable pricing - works with you in terms of what you need/want. Clean-up of area was exceptional - not so much as a scrap or nail left behind and NO damage to any flowers/foliage, etc. Would absolutely recommend them!

It was a pleasure working with Howard and his team. They were professional, courteous, clean, efficient and timely. We were pleased that Howard did not give us any high pressure sales speech when he first came to meet us, and even more impressed when he said he didn't require any payment until all the work was done and inspected. I tried to think about all of the good things I could say about Howard and his staff at Integrity, but Service Magic limits the characters you can type in here. So simply put, this was the best choice we could have made. Service was top notch, Windows are beautiful, and the staff was timely, prompt, friendly, and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great experience with Window Replacement.

I found Howard to be a very honest, conscientious and trustworthy person to work with. The window installers were very quick, neat and hard-working. We had 16 windows replaced and they are beautiful! Though we couldn't afford to have all the windows done this time around, Howard was more than willing to work with us and I will definitely call him to do the other 20 windows in the future!

Very good experience -- took care of the windows perfectly. I wanted them to fix the windows, but the previous owner had let them get far too damaged, and they had to completely replace them. It's costly to replace windows, hence, my hesitation in giving them an "excellent" rating. But they stand by their product. After installation, I had trouble with one window, and the guy came back within a few days and fixed it.
