Dario was on time and able to get the stuck latch to move and the door opened with very little, if any damage to the safe. He was on time (I called this afternoon and he arrived by 6:30PM. Closed on a home on Friday and Bluebird was at our new home on Saturday to rekey all the locks. David reviewed all the doors in the house to insure locks were of good quality and in proper working order. Rekeyed two doors, performed maintenance and provided four master keys for the new home.

They were great! I called on a Saturday night and they came by on Sunday morning to change all of the locks in my new home. The technician was professional and friendly. He showed up on time and asked questions about my preferences for the new locks along the way. I would definitely hire them again and recommend their services to friends!

I called Bluebird the day after our closing. As would be the case throughout, always got David live on the phone. Wow! Made an appointment at our convenience and day of, got two calls so I knew just when to be at the new house. Tech Darrin was superb. He not only rekeyed the two doors but repaired the deadbolt on one so it now works as well as changed up the locking system on the other so that is now secure too. Despite another locksmiths advice that sliding door could not be keyed alike, Darrin did just that for us. so now we can get in wherever, perfect! Also filled us in on how the sliding door floor lock works and what to ask for when we replace a final outside door. Even helped us ID a good way to secure our current home when we move out and reported a gas smell from the water heater. For home security, Bluebird does it all! Will definitely call again.

It went great from start to finish. Right away, I sensed that this company was different when the owner, David, contacted me by phone just five minutes after I submitted my quote request. Whenever I called, he answered the phone every time, no voice or emails required. It was such a pleasure to communicate this way for a change! He explained pricing very clearly and I appreciated the discount for Angie's List members. Dario came to fix our doors on the same day. It was rainy and late, but he came out anyway, which we greatly appreciated. David recommended very nice new hardware for us, much better than what one usually gets at Home Depot, for a good price. Dario's installation was flawless. The doors look and lock great now. We are thrilled with the results and it was a great experience besides. We will likely consult David for further security needs for our property. We feel very fortunate to have found this company.

I needed to get two locksets (deadbolt and key) rek-keyed for a townhome that I was renting. The service technician was courteous, professional, prompt and efficient at completing his task. Most importantly, he also took the time to discuss different lock or security options since i have rentals, instead of just completing the job quickly. I was impressed with his time spent to discuss the different options with me. I will definitely use BlueBird Locksmith for all my future needs and recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services.

I called and left a message on a Sunday, expecting a response the next day. David called me back a very short time later. He was curtious and professional, so I scheduled the work. David was prompt, and in response to my many questions (I like to be informed), we had a very interesting conversation about the keying process and security. David is very knowledgeable about both subjects, and made some really helpful suggestions about how to improve my home's security (lighting, lock types, placement of my security system's components, etc.). He should add security assessments to his list of services. He also pointed out that my front door was out of whack, which I had already noticed, but while very annoying, and was already getting worse in the few weeks I had lived there, it wasn't yet on my list of top priorities. That is, until he educated me on the cause, why it was getting worse, and the downside to letting it go longer. He recommended a company who could fix it, but when I called, I wad told I was out of their service range. I called David and asked for another referral. He didn't have one, so he picked up an inexpensive hinge wedge and installed it, so I could have temporary relief! David is just the kind of guy who genuinely wants to help. I know this for sure, because I had a final experience with David, when my six year old son wedged sidewalk chalk and a stick into my neighbor's front door deadbolt, trying to unlock the door and let their dogs out to play. They warned me that their lock was special and only a few locksmiths in the county work with it. I called David, who did not work with the lock brand (apparently it is indeed a special type), but he was fairly confident he could clean out the lock. We agreed he would try, and not charge if unsuccessful. He got it done, and my neighbor was happy again! I am incredibly thankful to David. I cannot imagine what I would have paid one of the small few specialized locksmiths to do the job! I want to send everyone I know to David and Bluebird. Hire him, you will be more than glad you did.

I'm a property manager of a building and needed the lock fixed quickly since it was both a safety and fire escape route issue. They came out same-day, replaced the lock and we were back in business. The price was right and they did an awesome job. I'll be calling Bluebird the next time I need them.

I had been having issues with a very old door handle and lock for my front door for months. I tried to repair it myself but was having trouble removing the entire assembly from the door (so old it was stuck to the front of the door and I didn't want to chip the wood). I'm thinking of selling my home and finally decided it was time to hire a professional.  I read some reviews online and called Bluebird.  David called me back right away (on a Monday). I explained what was going on and that it wasn't an emergency. He still made it over late in the day and took a look at things.  He showed me why it wasn't working and explained he could replace the piece that was causing the issue, but it was likely to keep recurring and suggested a new door handle. I mentioned I was thinking of selling my home and he recommended the best door handle to get for a front door. We looked at a few together online and he measured everything so I would know exactly what size I should be looking for. I explained I was heading out of town for a few days and would look when I returned.  While I was away, David actually stopped by a home improvement store, took a photo and texted it to me so I would know what model and manufacturer to purchase. There was no charge for any of this--the initial trip to the house to evaluate things or the help picking out the replacement handle set. I came home a few days later, purchased the lock set and called David back.  He sent one of his associates over to install it.  Installation was fast and reasonably priced. This whole process was wonderful and had me wishing I would have called Bluebird Locksmith a lot earlier! I would use this company again and highly recommend them.  The quality of the work was what I expected.  The quality of the consultation was a lot more than I expected.

Anthony was a very good service tech...informative, punctual, and fast. When replacing our deadbolt lock with a new one on our front door, he noticed the prior locksmith had incorrectly installed the deadbolt (b/c we have a very thick door) so came up with a good solution by ordering a face plate to make the new deadbolt work and look better aesthetically.
