He was on time, thorough and explained things well. He made suggestions for additional services that might be needed soon, but did not hard sell them.

Dave was punctual, courteous, and professional. He quoted me for 1/2 hour for his hourly rate and the work took a bit longer but I was only charged for the initial 1/2 hour quote. Dave also provided suggestions to help improve the security of our home. I was very happy with the service and quality of the lock hardware.

Nt only did Scott do the work, he advised us on the types of locks he would recommend and explained this in detail.  He also walked the perimeter of the house to check the security of all the doors.  He genuinely cared about our safety and providing us with the best service possible.  I would highly commend him.

My dog walker thought it would be helpful to lock my inner garage door while I was out of town. It wasn't. I didn't have a key and deliberately didn't lock it since it was already behind an secured area. So, in order to access my car, I had to call a locksmith and I called Bluebird. It was a fortunate choice. They responded immediately and had the door open in minutes. I decided to have them install a new knob WITH keys ;-) They did a beautiful job! Fair price. And I was so happy, I programmed them into my phone to call them directly with any other future emergencies. In addition, they are returning Weds am to replace my front door lock with a stronger, safer mechanism. So, bottom line: professional? Yes! Responsive? Yes! Fairly priced? Yes! Great work? Yes! Nice, good guys? Yes!!

Called Bluebird and he answered right away, it was a Sunday evening, I explained that a truly unskilled locksmith had come out and took over an hour and a half to get into our house....I had lost complete confidence and did not what that guy to put a new deadbolt on my door.
So I called Bluebird and he told me what time he could be here to fix everything. He showed up quickly and had a new deadbolt keyed to my existing keys in the door in 10 minutes.  Bluebird is reliable, highly skilled, and very smart about home security . This company is absolutely my new go to for all my locksmith needs!!! I can go to sleep tonight knowing that my home is secure.

The guy answered his phone right away. He was the one I scheduled with and also did the work. He was able to come the very next morning, gave me his recommendations and an accurate cost. I thought it was a very reasonable price. He also pointed out a few things with my doors that he recommends be corrected by a carpenter in the future. Thorough explanation of what he did and why, told me best places to make keys, invited me to call 24/7 if I had any problem.

We did a search on Angie's List and found Bluebird.  Dave called us back right away and arrived in the stated time.  Dave was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to help us with our lock immediately.  We're very happy with the service and will be using Dave's company again.

I located this company through Angie's List and called in the late afternoon. He came over as soon as he was free,which was within two hours. He quickly evaluated the problem,discussed his recommendations and my options. I chose to replace both the deadbolt and the doorknob. His work was quick,neat and extremely reasonable. He was also friendly,considerate and very polite. I will certainly call him again with any future problems with locks.

I called David out of the blue after he provided some service for me three years ago and I saved his number.  He picked up the call right away and he was at my house the next day to provide the service.  Just like my first experience with David when we bought our new house he was prompt, professional, and extremely fair.  He provided me some additional information about my door and some tips to get it fixed in the future.  I would highly recommend David for any locksmith services as you know you will be getting reliable and prompt service.

Dave (owner) answered the business phone and personally performed our service.  Mondays are their busiest days dealing with weekend issues etc and since his technicians were all currently on jobs, he said he would take care of my "job" if he couldn't find someone to fit MY timeframe.  He estimated he would arrive within the hour and was at my door within a half hour.  After unlocking the door, he made recommendations on how to simply and cost-effectively rectify the situation and prevent future "lock-outs". I will happily be using his service again in a few days.
Dave was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and experienced.  He definitely put exceptional customer service FIRST!!!  This was my first experience calling a locksmith and I will ONLY be using Bluebird Locksmith services going forward and HIGHLY recommend.

I couldn't have been happier, and I will use Bluebird for any future locksmith needs. Not only did they do the work correctly and promptly, but showed me potential problems and future fixes, gave advice and were extremely professional and friendly. Oh, adn the price was terrific. I  can't rave about their service enough.

They came to do the work on Christmas Eve, after texting and talking on the phone the previous night at 11 pm.  They were professional and very responsive.  They drilled out the safe without damaging it so that we could switch the lock and continue to use the safe.  They were amazing.

The service was done quickly for the price quoted. Actually they showed up even faster than expected! So so so grateful and happy.

He did a great job, and also was very knowledgable and educated me on home security.

We just purchased a new home and wanted to change the locks immediately.  We called Scott at Bluebird and I could already tell through our phone call that he knew what he was doing and had a lot of experience in the business.  He came out the same day which was great! He was very knowledgable and explained to us the previous locks we had(which were illegal) and suggested better locks to fit our needs and were safer.  After replacing all of the locks with matching brass ones, which matched the decor of the house, we changed our minds about the color since we began to redecorate.  He came back at no additional charge and switched all the locks to silver.  He was so nice and understanding and was very professional.  He came on time, explained all the charges and cleaned up when he left.  We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for new locks!  =)

My front door lock would not close or allow us to open/shut the door. I called Bluebird Locksmith as they had a good Angies list review and are located near my house.
He told me he would be here within 30 minutes.
He arrived promptly, he fixed and replaced my latch (and upgraded it to a better quality one that you cannot purchase at a bix box hardware store).
He also pointed out a problem I am developing with the door frame that requires a carpenter. I would never have realized it had he not taken the time to educate me.
Overall, I was very impressed and once I mentioned Angies list he gave me a nice discount from their usual rate.

Scott showed up within an hour of call and quickly opened the door in a fast, efficient manner. Extremely professional and polite with great advice on locks and security.
