Replaced all copper plumbing in the house. Did in a timely manner. Cleaned up after and did a great job.

Very knowledgable and friendly. We had sump pump discharge work done. They used a ditch witch and ran a new pipe underground for the sump pump discharge to flow away from the house. Work was done professionally. The only issue we have is we wish they would have tampered the ground after backfilling the dirt. Other than that we are very happy with the outcome. They even went out of their way to not destroy our trees and shrubs which other companies I received estimates on didnt even show concern for. Thank you Chicago plumbing.

Issues were resolved quickly. They were able to start jobs as soon as the next day! All my questions were answered fully and they really take pride in their job! Defiantly recommend!

I was a little irritated with the service of this pro. They were hired to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. It turned out that I needed to replace the p-traps on both sides. That was fine. The pro showed up with his assistant who basically did nothing. They brought a saw to cut the pipe which he set down blade first onto the floor. Luckily, it didn?t scratch it. Then, he realized that he needed something else from the store and left without saying anything to me. So I was sitting there with this assistant not knowing what was going on. Then, he returned and was talking on the phone to who seemed to be a friend and not work related. He was also not doing any work at this point. When he went to cut the pipes, he just held the pipe in his hand and cut it right over my floor with no towel or cloth to catch the metal shavings. Then, when he finally installed the pipes and turned on the water, the pipes leaked everywhere. He didn?t have his own bucket and I had to ask if he needed a towel to soak up the water that was spilling under my sink. He basically had to do everything again because it seems that he installed the pipes wrong. He got everything installed correctly with no leaks and left. Then a few days later I realized he installed the pipes in a way that prevented me from pulling the spray hose up. I am not happy with the service for the money they charged. I will not be using this pro again.

Company contacted me within minutes of request. Technician was actually in the area on another job so he was able to be at my home within an hour. Problem turned out to be not as bad as anticipated. He went out and purchased the necessary part and completed the job again within an hour. Excellent friendly service. Could not ask for more. Reasonable pricing.

It seemed a bit expensive to replace the outside faucet. $395. But they knew what was wrong right away and were able to fix it.

It was good but there was a lateness factor brought on by the weather. Hopefully won't be a problem in the future.

Very very expensive. For less than an hour, we were charged $1170.00 for defrosting frozen pipe. $585 per hour, minimum 2 hours. There s also a $195 diagnostic fee, which they waved. We thought price was gouging.

They were in our house for 10 minutes and charged over $250 to snake a drain. This did not solve the problem. The next morning the same toilet did not flush. What a scam. Moving on and hiring a reputable plumbing contractor recommended by a friend. Terrible first experience with Chicago Plumbing Experts and with Home Advisor.

Prices were jacked up do to the subzero weather conditions.

Our hot water heater went out in the dead of winter and Chicago Plumbing Experts replaced with a better unit than competitors had proposed and did it for less money. From estimate to contract to scheduling and doing the job everyone was professional and qualified. Thank you.

Chicago Plumbing were very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I called Heating and Cooling and once I told them the price I was going to be charged by CP Experts it was the end of the conversation. I strongly recommend CP Experts.

This company is very unprofessional. The plumber who came to install our water heater broke the spout off of the bottom of our old water heater and allowed all 50 gallons of water that was in it to pour out onto our carpeting. He did nothing to stop the water from coming out, just let it pour. He didn't put a bucket underneath it or even tell us that it happened. Our carpeting was flooded, it was like a swamp. The water that poured out even went under the wall behind the water heater closet and soaked the carpeting in another closet and a bedroom as well. He said he had to go to the store and get some more parts, and came back with another plumber. They came in and out of our house multiple times, each time tracking through the swamp on the carpet with their muddy shoes. They basically used our carpet as a door mat, the muddy trail of footprints went from the door to the water heater. After several hours, they said that they were done and left. When we went down to check on it, we couldn't believe the mess that they had left behind. Our water soaked carpet that squished out water when you stepped on it and muddy footprints everywhere. They did not clean up around the new water heater either, with water, extra parts and grime leftover from their installation. We ended up having to spend quite a bit of time that evening with a wet vac sucking up the water from the carpeting and repeatedly dumping it out, and then we had to shampoo the carpet a few times to get all of their muddy footprints out of our carpeting. After that we had to set up fans that we ended up having to have there for a week in order to get the carpeting to dry out. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the mess and trouble that they had created for us. When the plumbers left our house, they told us it would take about a half an hour before the water would be hot for us to use. After several hours, there was no hot water, no water at all when you turned on the hot water faucet. We called then and were told that they would contact the plumber to get in touch with us within an hour. An hour went by, no one contacted us. I continued to call every hour for 8 hours, every time being told that they were contacting the plumber to get in touch with us, never once did the plumber call us back. The next morning at 8:30 I called again and stated that we still had no hot water and that we had called 8 times the previous day and repeatedly were told that the plumber would call us back and he never did. They said that he would be back out at 10am to look at the water heater again. 10:00am went by, no plumber and no call. I called back and they said he would be there soon. Finally at 11:30am he showed up. He worked on the water heater for awhile and then said it was working and left. We went down to look at the water heater and saw that it was leaking water from the pipe at the top. We called back and they said that they would have him come back, about an hour later he showed ba
