Dave was fantastic. Very nice and courteous, very professional and expert. Cut a perfect hole to inspect our leak, diagnosed as toilet quickly, repaired for us showing me how to do it so I wouldn't need to hire someone in the future. Very open about what to pay for and what I shouldn't. Very friendly with my two daughters. Checked job thoroughly. Explained everything. Very enjoyable experience. Will use them over and over again!

good service and fair price

I cannot recommend this company at all. They are inept and have terrible customer service. I made an appointment to fix a broken faucet in our shower. I bought a trim kit for Kohler not knowing the faucet needs to match the valve. When the plumbers arrived and saw the kit, Mike announced he does not work with Kohler products. I thought that was very strange but they said they would find the right replacement. They opened the wall and said the valve broke in the process and need to be replaced as well as they left for the day. I returned the Kohler faucet kit and let the plumbers select a complete package that included a valve and faucet. When they returned weeks later with the package they said they would install the valve then I needed to repair the tile before they could attach the faucet. Weeks later the tile was repaired and they returned to install the faucet that they provided. Surprise! The new faucet did not match the new valve either. There was a huge gap between the faucet and the wall plate and the faucet looked like it was going to fall off. Mike tried to say that it should be that way and left for the day. Weeks later we got Mike s manager Donny to take a look at it. He agreed it should not be that way and said they would get the parts needed to make it right. Weeks later Donny showed up with another plumber and worked on it for about an hour and finally said they could lessen the gap only by half and that was the best they could do. The bill for all this was $1300 for the plumbing and $800 to repair the tile, no plumbing discounts offered.

Incredibly helpful and thoroughly took the time to investigate and explain the issue , and document it so that I could easily submit to landlord. Really impressed.

The plumbers came on time and after looking at our bathroom plumbing they found the leak and showed us how to keep the leak from happening again. They also took the time to teach us how to fix our other faucets by cleaning them of the built up minerals . We're not from Chicago so we weren't used to the differences between our old home and this one. Donny was great!

The work is excellent. Way too expensive though.

They were available the next day. They arrived at the expected time. They did a good job. It was expensive, but probably on par with going rates for professional plumbers. I will call on them again.

Leaks in repairs they completed. Project they plumbed in had to be re plumbed for proper fit. These were addressed promptly.

This company is OUTSTANDING. They arrived when they said they would and handled all work in a professional manner. At the end they made sure to explain the work that was done and made sure that we new what to do if the problem happened again. The plumber Don was a joy to deal with. Don't be afraid to hire this company you will not be disappointed.

Overall the job that I contracted for was done, however I felt that it was quite overpriced for the services rendered. Also I had to call them back out to rod out the sink that they repaired. Happy with the fixes not the finances.

i did not receive a call before they arrived. One of the workers left without notice for quite a while. They discovered an issue with my toilet and the qouted a price that changed. They did not clean up after themselves. i expected more professionalism.

Very diligent and good work. Friendly and considerant. A bit expensive labor wise. We were warned about the price by them before hand

Great work replaced kitchen sink lines hot and cold which stopped pipe leaks. Very informative and professional

I was very pleased. We had a bad clog in the kitchen sink. The plumber was punctual, professional and did an excellent job removing the clog. I will use them again.

Initial contact was immediate. There was a longer wait period for second communication since it was a weekend. They did get someone out first thing Monday.

Good value for work although got rescheduled a couple times. Service person was knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. Would recommend the company.

i had a loud knocking sound coming from the walls when the hot water was running. they were able to listen to the problem and reasonably assure me that the noise, while annoying, was not a serious problem. This saved a ton of time and money from opening up my walls just to investigate. The noise remains, but i have peace of mind that a professional checked it out. They are honest and don't perform work that is not needed.

Mike did a great job, he arrived on time, analyzed the problem and came up with a good solution. High quality work with a reasonable price!
