replaced faucet for sink

I am disabled and can no longer driver. I hired these clowns because I cannot drive to a hardware store for parts. They flooded my bathroom and wrecked my vanity. BUMS!!!

They showed up over two hours late and didn't communicate properly. I waited for the call for two hours. The owner yelled at me because I was upset that they lied and didn't keep me in the loop. Don't use.

This is my worst expierence with plumbers

They cleared the problem in just a few minutes, cleaned up and gave me a few tips to prevent the problem from happening again. A job well done.

This was a very pleasant experience for someone like me not used to hiring a contractor for a particular job. Mike and Walter of Chicago plumbing experts were able do the job in a very acceptable manner. It was timely, affordable and correctly done. They were even able to advise me on other things that were important to my home. I really appreciate how they were able to make room and get to me the same day. not only were they able to correct my gas piping problem, but also correct my stove top problem which i needed done as soon as possible. Not only was I happy with the job but so was my wife. She was happy that i used this company with the workers it supplied. The workers were friendly and polite. The customer service could have been a bit better. I was told they would be at my home between 1 and 3. When they didn't arrive by 3, I called the office and was told the guys were running late. Office could have let me know earlier.

Dave and Eric were most pleasant and professional. They worked quickly and offered suggestions to avoid the problem in the future.

Exceptional work

Great customer service. After they had left, there was a slight drip under the toilet intake hose. I called them immediately and they came back immediately and took care of it. Everything is still working great and it's been a few months now.

If the service person can have plastic shoes cover for wearing inside the house would be a plus. I have to clean up the floor after the work is done.

Gentleman was very knowledgeable and nice. Got job done quickly and on time.
