The gentleman who installed the water heater were helpful and explained what they would be doing.

I found the rep to be dishonest. The guys working on the job gave different stories about what happen to the area that is now leaking! I had did not have a problem with this area before they entered my home. He admitted to them tampering with the pipe the other said they never touched it. Now he wants to charge me $800 to fix it! I was in the room with the pipe all morning and no leak until he begin to work.

The quality and workmen ship was very professional.

I did not get a verification for how much was pumped out of septic system. Should ask for some type of verification as they charge by the gallon

On time. Great customer service. But the quality of service is poor. The parts and pipes used in the work looks old. The price is outrageous. Price quoted for the pump is almost the double the actual price. Will never use the service and will not recommend to anyone in future.

They gave an estimate and said it would take two days. They came out the first day with just one guy. Very little got done. Second day two guys came. We were told more guys were coming. They came when the day was almost over. Work was still not complete. They said they would be back early the third day. The first guy showed up around 12:30 in the afternoon. The work inside the house still was not complete. When you pay so much. You should be the company's first priority. When I called the company about the whereabouts of the plumbers, I was told they were dispatched on a different job and would be there later. The guys who were to finish up the inside plumbing never showed up

We had an issue with how our water heater vent had been installed and just needed it to be adjusted. Every other plumber we had out to look at it tried to sell us a new water heater. Robert came and gave a very common sense idea for how we might revent it using the existing vent lines. He clearly knows his stuff and doesn't just try to sell you something you don't need. While he was here, we also had him fix a leaking valve which he was able to do quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and will call again with plumbing matters in the future!

HE DID A GREAT JOB, HAD TO REPLACE THE TOILET. HE CHOSE A BETTER UP TO DATE TOILET, ONE I WOULD HAVE REQUESTED, THOUGH I COULDN'T BE THERE, MY SPOUSE WAS , AND WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN WHICH TO ORDER. HE LEFT THE ROOM NEET AND CLEAN. HE'S A KEEPER!

This 'professional' plumbing service showed up at my home WITHOUT the vital equipment to locate/search for my reported gasline leak.Then after a 5 minute excuse conversation,STILL CHARGED me a $50 'service' fee!
