They were on time and professional

I had been rodding out my two main outdoor drain lines for more than 15 years by myself. The most recent time I hit clay on the drain from my kitchen so I called Anthony from Suburban. He was patient, professional and courteous. Gave me an estimate to repair the pipe and cleanout and did not charge me for his attempt to rod out the line. The final work was done quickly and cleanly and they explained everything along the way. Great Service! I got two other estimates that were way out of line with what these guys charged me.

Chicago Plumbing Experts, Inc. were very accommodating; the service person came out to give an estimate for the work needed, but remained to do the work. The main person completed the work expeditiously and expertly and was on his way. Thanks, Robert! Because it was snowing, the servicemen put on cover shoes to prevent tracking in more snow - this act was very thoughtful and considerate.

Although Anthony our plumber was extremely nice and helpful. The company is a tad-bit on the expensive side than other plumbers we contacted but they were available....when some of the cheaper companies were not. Since it was an emergency we hired them. Overall they were very good.

There was some confusion about getting gas to the building shut off with Peoples Gas to allow the work to be done. After that was resolved they did great work for a reasonable price.

Make certain to ask for their rate before making an appointment. They charge about twice what other companies charge. It was entirely my fault for not asking . . . I should have said no thanks when they quoted their rate when they arrive. Learn from my mistake.

Solid customer service

Robert was prompt and early for the appointment, did an excellent job. He also explained what needed to be done. I will definitely use this company again and refer to family and friends!
