Reasonable, works to find a solution within your budget, tech was great and professional, decent communication with company in general. Left a mess, but problem was fixed so I didn't much care.

I liked the fact that the plumbers explained in detail every thing they did and why they were doing it before they did it. When they got started they stopped and showed us things as they did it. Very professional and friendly. And they were on time!

He was supposed to correct the flow of the hot water in the bathroom sink, and repair a drain leakage problem. He was unable to do either; but still charged me for it.

The plummer was fast efficient and professional. I loved their work but a little pricey for what I had done.

I found them to be pricey by comparison to other plumbers I have used. Did not resolve the issue on the first visit; required a follow up visit to address the actual problem. Friendly and professional, but I had to loan the plumber my blow torch to do the work.

He was prompt but pricey.

They were very prompt, professional, and the work was exactly as estimated. I had three breaks/splits to pipes in a crawl space due to extreme temperatures. I liked how they (Anthony) walked me through the work so I could fully see and understand it. They also provided suggestions to correct the situation to avoid future splits. I highly recommend Chicago Plumbing Experts.

They did a lot more than I originally requested and the final bill was a lot more than I expected. So it's hard for me to rate the experience. I love the work I can see (new faucets and toilets) but I guess I'm trusting that the other work needed to be done (replacing pipes under the house). I'm happy it's done.
