Super responsive and communicative. Got there quick with quote and got job done fast. Very professional. Only room for improvement is final concrete replacement work could have been a little better. Overall great experience.

Expensive for 15 min job.

They were professional and timely. Solved my water heater problem after Four Seasons did not. The annoying part about these companies is that the mark-up for parts is disgusting. It is hard to believe there is not a better way to get repairs/service for appliances and major systems without always faced with considering to buy new because cost is so high to repair. This transaction certainly continued the trend.

Robert was very good and everything was done in one day and no problems!

I hired them to replace some leaking valves under my sink. The technician that came was very rude and not friendly at all. He charged me almost $500 for the replacement and he didn't even give me the correct valve as a replacement. Now I can't hook up all my water appliances and it's pushing back all my timelines for my project.

The workers were very nice and polite. There was some miscommunication and we were not notified as to the time of the work to be done. A flood control system was installed but it is yet to be seen if it works.

The pipes that were replaced were crooked. They took advantage of my need and overpriced the job. They did not clean up their mess. Go anywhere else.

Cost to attache a gas hose to an already gas line was expensive. 295$ to unscrew the cap and attach line. It did need a different size attachment but for what was done I feel it was overpriced. Service individual was very nice and professional. Advise: Get a quote before they come out.

Quoted one price then after starting the work came back with additional $2800 cost. They didn't measure accurately and needed 40 ft more pipe. Left me on Friday with no hot water and said they would be back next day, but cancelled morning of and rescheduled to Monday. Only cold water; plus turn on tub faucet and the water comes out bathroom sink faucet and turn on sink faucet and water comes out tub. Barely a trickle in the kitchen. Have to lose time off work on Monday and for this I've paid way too much. Over priced. I'll see how things go on Monday.

i needed a back up sump pump and battery installed. good customer service but compared to other quotes, they are more expensive, both with services and the products they carry. the guy that came out did agree to go to the store and get cheaper sump pump and battery to fit my budget. he have me a warranty, so keeping my fingers crossed.

We hired this company and the associate whom came to do the work provided a quote for the initial requested item & two other projects. He scheduled us for monday morning and showed up at 7am as agreed. he completed one project then told us he had another job to get to and left us with water shut off, threat of leaking pipes, and no gas. He said he'd be back later to finish the work, but didn't respond to messages when we asked when he was returning. He showed up without warning 32 hours later and said the office should have called us. By that time we'd called another company to complete the work. He was very nice when he was here, but it was very disappointing to have such poor communication by the associate and the company as a whole.
