Easy to work with and the job got done quickly.

I needed them to replace the sewer system in my basement. These people were horrible. They started the work without a permit. I spent $21000 and the job was supposed to be done in 2 weeks and it took 7 weeks. At one point, they tried to charge me another $9000.00. My basement was a shamble for the entire time. I had to ask them to clean up. They didn't even put a tarp down on my hardwood floors. I had to involve a lawyer just to make sure everything was completed properly before I paid them.

Their Plumber, Robert. was very professional, friendly and courteous. He fixed my leaking kitchen drain and a week later installed a bathroom vanity, sink and toilet. Unfortunately the toilet I purchased (not from them) had a leak. Robert and his partner, Brett, uninstalled the leaking toilet, helped me take it back to the store where I originally purchased it - I purchased a new toilet and they followed me back to my home and installed the new one. Great work!

They came over to fix my faucet / shower head that were only trickling out cold water. They replaced a filter only to find out that wasn't the problem. That cost me $275. They then told me it was about 20 feet of bad pipes that were old and corroded and needed replacing. They said they would give me an estimate but I never heard from them again.

I hired Bill to replace all of the water pipes with copper and they came out and did the work and did not get a permit, I have condensation dripping and I should not, water pipes seem to have air in them, water pipes are bent and not cut to length, I do not have a shutoff inside the house for the outside faucet that I used to have, I had a licensed plumber come out and he told me this job should have been permitted and inspected, I am a senior citizen and I live on social security and I feel like I was taken for a ride because they have never came back

Jeremy was very professional and took great care to keep the work area clean during and after he completed the repairs. Overall a little pricey but high quality work.

My interaction with this company is a classic example of the bait-and-switch technique. Knowing full well that the repairs that he had made did not completely solve the problems he had led me to believe would be solved, the plumber left. When called back to my home, he said additional work-- at an additional price was needed to completely solve my problems (low water pressure in a faucet, leaky sink sprayer). His original estimate seemed pricey, but I was willing to pay a little more for quality service. Discovering that the plumber was not forthright about my plumbing needs during the initial visit was very disappointing. The plumber was very prompt, and the customer service agent was very pleasant and efficient.

its nice to see a professional plumber do the job to perfection. he had to think outside the box on this old house. Robert was perfect for this job.
