Burt was very knowledgeable about homes and bungalows in particular.  He took the time to answer any questions I had and explain things I did not understand.  He was very thorough with his inspection and gave advice on improvements.  Better yet, we received the inspection report just a few hours later!  I was very impressed and will use the The House Inspector Co. again!
