I was impressed by the efficiency (1 day install) and professionalism of the two workers who installed the windows. I also appreciated the care and contact by the concierge staff. I felt very comfortable in taking this step to have my work done. I also felt very comfortable with the sales associate Kal, who was empathetic and understanding as well as patient in answering my questions.

The process for a new door install was complicated and involved three home visits by three different reps from the company, as well as multiple phone calls from other reps. Too much to deal with, you have to tell the whole story over and over again, seems redundant. Our concerns were vocally addressed by multiple reps but when it came time to install the door they were not, the installers did their job they were just executing a work order, my problem was with everyone else involved. Would not do business with this company. For what they charge we expected more.

I believe the price was too high for the quality of work. The dry wall that was put up was not a smooth finish. They did not cover up my possessions as they said they would. They did not clean up very well. I found at least 8 nails on the ground & some insulation was left in the garage. Had I not swept the floor I probably would have Gotten a flat tire. They used my ladder & my broom without asking.

Installers done a great job

when i receiced the call they would not commit to a time unless my wife was home. They made me feel like they wanted to remodel my house instead of fixind or replacing a couple of doors.

I just had eight windows installed too early for me to comment at the time. I ll keep you posted.

Kal was responsive and helpful from start to finish. Worked with us to make project affordable, addressed a single issue satisfactorily, was great to work with. And the windows are amazing. Great product.

Install went smoothly, everything looks good and functions properly. The end result is what I expected and they did quality work. I was given an install date of 11/1 and the salesperson assured me that there would be no issues just because the warehouse is two states away in Ohio. They called me on the afternoon of 10/31 (the day before), to let me know my windows weren't coming in and they didn't know when it would be. Eventually it was installed in early December, 5 weeks later. But it is what it is, they over promised and under delivered on the install date. I also thought the sales tactics were a little slimy, but price was competitive and end result is that I am satisfied with the product.

The customer service and install timing was good no complaints there but the quality of the items is my issue. You can tell the slider isn't of the best quality and feels cheap.

They are professional, the price is reasonable. An they stand by they're word!

When everything was said and done my wife and I ended up with windows we love and a brand new beautiful entry door that truly brings everything together. Things did not exactly go as smooth as I would have liked, however this company truly came through with flying colors to make sure we were happy and satisfied. They would’ve gotten five stars from me if it had not been for a couple of hiccups along the way that caused the project to linger longer than originally anticipated. All I can say is stay on top of things and if you notice anything that’s not right they will take care of it.

My home suffered awning and siding damage and had to completely replace awning and siding. I was unfamiliar with this company but since some great reviews and it was being featured on home advisor I took a chance. After getting some other estimates from several other companies this was the most economical for the work required. I was amazed on the professionalism workmanship and meticulous on keeping the customer in the loop during the repairs/replacement. I would highly recommend Window Works to anyone, I am certainly going to use them for any of my upcoming projects.

It took over 4 months and 4 times before the right size windows were installed as the wrong size was delivered TWICE, and the bay windows were installed upside down. I never received an apology or a compensation for all the issues I had or the higher heating bills I paid due to their incompetency.
