We specialize in Heating /Air conditioning and all kitchen and laundry appliances and. We are familiar with all the new high tech appliances and new heating and ac systems, as we are constantly attending continuing education seminars for all the latest products. Alliance Repair Services fully stocks our vehicles as our goal is to repair every appliance upon on our first visit to save you both time and money. Most of our repairs are completed on the same day of call. We pride ourselves on offering customer service unparalleled in the industry. Our staff is both knowledgeable and helpful. Our goal is to schedule prompt and on time scheduling. We recognize the value of time, and created scheduling windows to help better serve our clients’ diverse lives.

I had very bad experience with Alliance Repair. The technician was here two times did not find out what is not working properly with the refrigerator and did not fix the problem at all. He had no problem collecting the $500 charge. After the two attempts to fix it Alliance went silent and did not offer any useful solution. We now had a technician from Kitchen Aid and he fixed the problem quickly. In short I can not recommend Alliance "Repair Service" I would call them Alliance collection Service at best.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Alliance Repair. The technician assigned to my service was Farhan Rahman, and I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior. From the start, Farhan showed a complete lack of knowledge about the issue I needed help with. Not only was he late, but when he finally arrived, he was dismissive, rude, and seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Instead of offering solutions, Farhan acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience. His attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable for someone in a service-based profession. The job was poorly done, and I’m now dealing with more issues than I had before. This company and their technician, Farhan Rahman, have earned my complete lack of trust. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Alliance Repair. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Terrible service from start to finish!

This business was sold and renamed Noble Appliance Repairs Inc. based in Glen Ellyn. It was a terrible experience. Paid $75 after diagnosis house call.Paid another $482.12 several weeks later or installation of 2 parts. Stove still doesn't work and noboday answers our call or returns messages.

he showed up - I explained what was going on - a clicking noise. Freezer /refrigerator was still working at that time. He replaced a switch - said he was done - he left - not even a half hour later freezer and refrigerator went completely out. Called Alliance back and tech called me and stated there wasn't anything he could do. Buy a new refrigerator/freezer. He stated he would drop by and return check tomorrow. That did not happen

I understand that the technician came to your home to address the clicking noise issue with your appliance. They replaced a start relay switch during the service call, and at that time, your freezer/refrigerator was still operational. However, it's disheartening to learn that shortly after the technician's visit, your appliance completely stopped working. Upon further inspection, it was determined that your refrigerator compressor and start relay were shorted, and despite attempting to fix the issue by replacing the relay, it did not resolve the problem. The technician also assessed that a compressor replacement would not be cost-effective. In light of this situation, I want to clarify that we have not deposited the check you provided for the service. Rather than returning the check, we have decided to shred it, understanding the frustration and disappointment you've experienced. I deeply regret that we were unable to resolve the issue with your appliance to your satisfaction, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. For that we are not charging you a service visit fee of 75$ Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to improve our services in the future. My washer was making this squeaking and metal on metal type scraping sound yesterday. I looked around on Angi and immediately called Alliance as they had great ratings. I spoke with Farhan who made an appointment for today. Farhan and his coworker came today during the time they promised. He asked me what the problem was and then he started to move the drum washer. We all heard the squeaking sounds. He told me that the bearings were gone and explained what they do. He advised me that it would be cheaper to buy a new washer as opposed to trying to get it fixed as this is a 6 -7 year old washer. He originally quoted me $75 but as he didn’t do much, he just charged me $45 for gas money. Great people! I highly recommend them!

Although they were booked up Alliance Repair Services made time to come out to our house and evaluate the issue with our refrigerator. Once it was determined the issue, the repair tech found what we needed and went to get it. With other appointments he needed to do as well, again we were fitted into their tight schedule to come back sameday to fix and get our refrigerator working again. Great Job!!

The repair was made. Repairman said I would receive receipt thru e-mail. I never received the receipt and he was giving me a one year warranty on the work. Called him back twice but still never received receipt. Very disappointing!!
