His name was William Carr. We bought the stuff and he did the work. We had another bathroom done and this was a complete different experience. We were not happy at all. He took longer. He hired two extra guys that we felt didn't know what they were doing. We've had all kinds of trouble with the shower and it split in front of the door. I am still trying to get my husband to get it fixed because I am afraid it is going to start leaking in the basement. He didn't finish the shower walls and we can see the nails where he nailed the shower to the wall. It was a very poor, poor job. He was an acquaintance that we knew from an organization. We never got an estimate and the original bill was a lot higher than we had expected. He did drop it down $600 after my husband argued with him a little bit. We just were not happy with it at all. He would come and get started and then leave and come back. It took a lot longer. We didn't realize how bad it was until we had the second bathroom redone by another company. We would never use him again.
