Brenda did excellent work and exceeded my expectations. She arrived on time and completed the whole job in less than 3 hours - quicker that I expected. I have insulated and air-sealed rim joists and instructed Brenda to do as little damage as possible to the insulation to minimize my repairs afterward. She was able to braise in the shut-off valves and frost-proof faucets while doing very little damage to the insulation. Brenda explained everything she was going to do and gave me advice on how to winterize the faucets so there would be no chance of burst pipes. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would use William Masters for plumbing repairs again.

Luke and Simon were prompt, very professional and courteous, and treated my home with the care they would their own home. They explained all of the work they were going to do before starting. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Wm. Masters to anyone!

They were professional on the initial phone call and acted professional in person. Ignoring the fact that they made my situation worse than it was before they came.. Not professional!

"I am sorry for your frustration! Gary is a VERY capable service technician and it's puzzling to us that the problem did not get fixed to your satisfaction. The 'abc' charge you received is a Flat Rate price since we do not charge by-the-hour, but by the repair - As should have been explained to you on the initial call set-up, we charge a $99.00 diagnostic/service fee and then for the repair/procedure performed. Our Service technician Gary noted the below information on his initial service invoice: CUST INSTALLED NEW STAT AND IT'S NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Higher this January than last January. Cust thinks the wiring is all jacked up; Trane Heat Pump (we didn't install this), Corn Belt said that something is wrong with the heat pump = Rewired heat pump thermostat. Set thermostat up for hp with electric heat. Start and test. We would have been happy to come back out and see what was wrong, however we received no notification from you either by our website contact or by phone. Again, we are sorry for your frustration."
