The Door Doctor

Bill was very informative about the whole installation process. they came on time and finished the job early. I inquired about smart phone tech for the door opener.  his products does not have but he gave a recommendations for a product that he tried and this was done 6 months after the install. with all his customer he remembered that I wanted this for my door and found me a product that worked very good. this company has great customer service.

We have had The Door Doctor over several times! They replaced our garage
door springs. They have also helped when both remote controls were
broke and our keypad would not reprogram! I have had my car for 6 years
and could never get my built in remote to sync. 5 minutes and The Door
Doctor had my car synced! Always on time and easy to work with. I would
not use any other company for my garage door needs.

The garage door broke and could not be moved up or down, so the cars were stuck in the garage.  We called our usual garage door guys, and they said they could come in 72 hours.  A friend suggested we try Door Doctor.  He came 3 hours later and helped so that we could get cars out and secure garage by nailing the broken panels shut, thereby making a wall.  When the doors we ordered came in, this company came on time, as scheduled and did what we'd asked them to do. Very professional, great job.  We later decided to get new garage door openers as well, and again, they were prompt and professional.  We are thrilled with the products they recommended, the work they did, and the installation of the products.  We would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Very well.  Came a day after I called.  Arrived promptly, found and corrected the problem quickly.  Seemed very honest:  told me the present opener was a very good one and would probably last longer if repaired; gave me prices for both repair or replacement options.  voluntarily looked at and corrected faulty wiring on push button.

They did try to fix the door but due to the age of the unit it was recommended we install a new system.  They did wave the initial fees since we installed two units.  They were very quick to work on it and get it done.  They actually came out the same day to do the job.

Outstanding work garage door broke on a Saturday night vendor contacted me Sunday service was completed by Monday by noon $75 I was so satisfied I did not useI the $10 coupon I could've used because I thought it was such great service

The technician was able to fit us into the end of the day that we called, which is great when you can't use your garage door with the spring broken.  He was pleasant and got right to work.  He also lubricated the moving parts of the garage door opener and it is working better than ever.

They said we didn't need any new garage door or equipment and told us what we need to do. We were charged with just a $40-dollar service call and our door has worked fine ever since. I really trust The Door Doctor.

Even though I did not get service directly from this provider, the fact that he was willing to help me over the phone and not just come out and charge me a standard fee for a 5 minute fix is very refreshing. If I have any further issues with my door, he will be the first one I call. And I will always recommend him based on his honesty and lack of greediness. I have had way too many experiences with providers who know it's a quick fix but charge you full price anyway. Great to know he is around!  

Went great.  Serviceman was here within 4 hours of my call.  Door opener (25 years old) couldn't be repaired.  The new opener was installed at noon the following day.

He was very punctual and polite.  He checked the door opener for us and got it working smoothly and much quieter. 

Everything went great. He was finished in less than an hour. He was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. Awesome service!!!

They answered the phone promptly when I called, and got an appointment scheduled for me the next day.  They replaced the rubber strip, and the added insulation to my door.  The instructions about the insulation I wanted was missing from the work order, or confusing to the technician, and he was unsure of what to do.  He called the owner, who came out very quickly, and both items I requested were taken care of.  They carefully explained to me everything they were doing before they did it, and made sure I knew the cost for both items.  They were both very friendly and helpful.  They made some adjustments to my opener to make it operate better/smoother, without any additional charge.
They were on time, and the work was completed just as I wanted in a short time frame.  I was very pleased with their service and profesionalism.

THe representative of The Door Doctor was very professional. He on the time inicated. He told me our door opener was a good quality. The track needed cleaning. He showed me how to do it and what cleaner should be used. He accepted the Angie's list coupon. The charge was much less than I expected. I would definitely call Door Doctor again in the future.

I emailed The Door Doctor late (after 10pm) soon after my garage door wouldn't function properly.  They next morning by 6am, I got an email reply that they would be calling me shortly for a time to come out and fix my door.  Sure enough, within an hour, they called and scheduled the same day.  He came on time. Not only did he replace my broken spring, he adjusted both doors so when the wind blew or I opened my door to the house, it wouldn't rattle. He also replaced the bottom seal on the door which was cracked and torn. Very nice, very professional and very reasonable.

We have dealt with this provider twice so far and would highly recommend them. They are professional and friendly, always prompt and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner.  They do a great job.

Installed correctly the first time. Cleaned up afterwards and was very polite. Installer took time to answer all of my questions. I would recommend this business.

Job was done on time and we are happy with the quality of the doors. We received a complementary number pad door opener.

We called three places.  They were the first (and only) to return the call and came the following day.  They explained the issue perfectly and that they'd seen it many times with our type of door.  They fixed the problem quickly and completely.  Couldn't be happier!

He is very nice and willing to help. When I couldn’t figure out how to change the trim on the bottom of the door, he was the one I called for help. His service fee is $75.

I called.  Made an appointment when it would be convenient for me.  Andrew came.  Was courtesy and accommodating to a high degree.

Called late on Thursday afternoon and they were able to come the next morning at 8:00 am.
They showed up, found the problem and fixed it.  In addition to fixing the problem, they also lubed all the parts and explained how to do annual maintenance.
They were very friendly and did the work very quickly.
