I contacted the company after hours and they were very responsive. They were out within 25 minutes of my call. The technician was very nice and courteous. He was able to easily repair the issue. I have used the company several times in the past. They are very reliable and dependable. Gary has been doing the job for at lest 30 years and always does a great job.

The tech was professional and easy to work with.  He told me what he was going to do and then explained the results of his tests after he was done.  He didn't ask me to buy anything or suggest that we fix anything that wasn't broken.  We have used this service for a year now and have been pleased.

We called them for a furnace repair. They looked at it and said we needed a new furnace and they gave us a bid on one.  There was no repair made and I assume bids on new furnaces are free so I wonder if we can still use the $79 Angie's List payment on a different repair in the future.

"We are sorry to hear that you feel the way you do about the service that was performed. Our storefront offer is for a "Seasonal Tune-Up", not a "repair" as you state in your review. Our technician did indeed perform the tune-up, including but not limited to: cleaned and inspected burners and pilot assembly. Inspected wiring and connections, gas piping, flue piping, filter, blower assembly. He then relit the pilot and checked operation. One of the last steps of our process is to use a tool that measures CO readings...it was then that we determined that the level in your flue exceeded national safety standards and we therefore turned the furnace off for health safety reasons for the occupants. All parameters of the "tune-up" that you purchased were performed by our company. It was very unfortunate that in the end we determined your furnace was unsafe for operation; however, we did quite a bit more than just provide an estimate for replacement as you mentioned above. We did indeed provide the service that was purchased from our storefront and stand behind our work."

Everyone at Pro Air was wonderful, they all very kind and answered all our questions. Just like clockwork they installed our new furnace and air conditioner in one day. They also explored rebates options for me at the local power companies, recommended an upgrade to the system to take advantage of those rebates, and even completely processed one of the rebates for me.  Customer service was outstanding. I called a number of other dealer in my area over the holidays and left telephone messages, but never heard back until after the holidays. With Pro Air, Denise Mayes answered the phone immediately, sent technician Andy out that same afternoon to inspect our furnace, and emailed a proposal that evening - on New Years Eve. Then she answered my email questions with 2 fast replies even on New Years Day! She provided the best customer service I've ever seen! Andy was great too, and so were the installers Ryan and Darren! So I am really impressed by Pro Air!

These guys are great! I've used them twice in the last month to repair a boiler and thermostat.  They came the same day and fix the problem within minutes.  Extremely professional and courteous!!!  I will definitely use them again.

I can't remember his name but the man that came was a service tech that came late on a Sunday when our furnace was not working. He was prompt and very professional. He fixed the problem and the charges were reasonable considering the circumstances. I would call them again to work on my HVAC.

The tech spent plenty of time checking the furnace, letting it run to make sure it wouldn't over heat.  He made sure that all parts were functioning correctly.  We had a problem with our furnace several days later, and they came out to look at it.  It turned out to be that our thermostat had gotten bumped and was not making a good connection.  They were very helpful and didn't even charge us for that visit.  Very professional and helpful.  Will keep their number handy for future A/C and heating needs.

They came out in an emergency. They sent somebody over actually Sunday night and then somebody back over Monday to get it all set up. They were really fabulous about the courtesy and response time. Everything was good.

They did not really check the unit out at all,  we had someone else come as a second opinion.   The Second one  checked the box outside,  came in checked the inside.. Turnded it on and off several times...  really checked it out..     He found there was a bug stuck in the contact  so the unit couldn't turn on.  It was cleaned out and very well and ran like a champ for several more years...  Boo for these guys.    I know this is an old issue but,  I doubt its a one time thing to try to take advantage of people!

They have always been prompt.  They don't make a mess.  They are clean.  They take care of things.  They are reasonably priced.  I didn't have a lot to compare with their price, but it seemed reasonable for what they did.  The quality of work is good.
