Welding part was done correctly and was great. My bill was over $1500 - Over $600 was charged for re-wiring brakes (which were newly wired 3 years ago and trailer was only used 3 times). When I got the trailer back - brakes still needed adjusting. Asked Jerry and he was very irritated that I had even asked. Said they were VERY BUSY and to just park it out on the lot and they would get to it when they could, but don't expect it very soon. I also discovered when looking closer at the invoice that I was charged for a new battery and the old one was put back on. :( After paying over $1500 I would expect my brakes to work as they should! I also would not expect to pay for new items and have the old ones put back on. Now that I think of it I am going to look under the trailer to make sure the wiring was actually redone and not reused!

Went extremely well.  The crew doing the work was very pleasant and did an excellent job with the whole project.  Everyone at Heritage was very easy to work with and they bent over backwards to make sure I got what was needed.
