I used the online website to purchase $500.00 dollars worth of landscaping I was informed by standard email that my order would ship out in 1-2 weeks. Three weeks later, I tried for a whole week to get through to there call center and always got a busy signal no matter the day or time I tried to call. On five differed occasions I emailed using the "contact us" on their website, only one of the times I got a general automated response of please call during normal business hours.
On the 4th week when I still had not received my order, I called relentlessly for 24 hours straight, one time I finally got through and was told that my order still had not shipped and they had no expected shipping date for me. I then spoke with a "supervisor" who told me that they could not provide me any information regarding my order until it shipped because they were such a large cooperation and that would be to difficult to do. When I informed this supervisor that I wanted to cancel my order she said I would have to do that by email/letter and that cancellations are NOT processed quickly and I still may be liable for the entire order charge since it had been so long since I ordered and I hadn't previously called them to cancel.
