The reason I rated the overall service a "F" is due to the fact that the entirety of the job has not been completed. The gentlemen arrived on time and sprayed the wasp/bee nest as well as the outside perimeter of my home. The initial service date was 08/26/2017. The gentleman stated that by the following Thursday (08/31/2017) someone would come back to remove the nest once the wasp/bee activity had died completly down. Well today is Saturday, September 9, 2017, almost 3 weeks later and their still remains watermelon sized wasp/bee nest (with no wasp/bee activity) in the tree directly in front of my bedroom window. Too bad I didn't get a chance to issue a stop payment on the check before it was deposited. I would like the service to be completed instead of my having paid $170 for outside spray and I knock the nest down myself.

It went well. The technician put down bait. I was informed that they would be back in 2 weeks, to check and fill in the points of entry.

They were very prompt in contacting me, they came out within a week. they did what they said they were going to do. The came in summer, come back in the fall and winter. I was kind of please that it was better for the environment and it seemed to do a good job. And even then after they are done with the 3 visits I might renew again. I think they did a good job, they were prompt and accommodating. They were very nice and efficient.

They are very good. They charge an initial fee. I do not know if it includes the first visit, I can not remember. It was $149, I think. Then after that if you call them, it is $79 a visit. They are professional. They are always there at the right time. If they are not, they will call you. They go beyond what they need to do if there is a problem.

It went fantastic! Chem-Wise came to our home several times, and I'm happy to say that we no longer have a mice problem. Also, the hornets nests are gone and we haven't had any more hornet activity outside of our house. The Chem-Wise employees were very professional and knowledgeable and respectful. Their customer service is wonderful. They explain exactly what they're going to do before they do it. We decided to buy the yearly exterminating package, since it is such a great deal and it works perfect for our needs. We are grateful to Chem-Wise for their excellent service!

They were suppose to call me back last week, and the guy said they don't do this type of service, and he came and said that isn't something I can do. The manager would have to call. It might be termites. I am not sure what I have. He took pictures, and he was going to talk to his manager, and call back. I have not heard back from him. He would go in the attic and see if there is any animals. He said he doesn't do that. What they can do, and not do. They list what they can do, but not what they can't do. I don't know any positive. He was nice, but not knowledgeable I think. I don't know. He was not knowledgeable enough. I expect the person who comes in would have all the knowledge. The mouse, they find the entry where its coming from, and it didn't happen. They did chemical outside, and sprayed in the basement, and put the mouse trap with the food in it, and that was about it. He took pictures. I was looking for him to look for the entry and block it. This is something, I am doing that. I catch it, but its more and more. I want to find the entry and block the entry. That is what they said they do. I have a mouse trouble, so everything else I could live with it. The service would have been better if they thoroughly checked where the mouse was coming from. He was saying it might be the attic, but he didn't have a way to look at it. He gives me something, and left me with it. You can do it, and this is what I found, and I didn't give her the answer satisfactory, to call her back. The management level to check and see what is happening. I am calling other people. I have a wooden thing sitting on the top, and one part is coming down. It just started recently. He took a picture, and said, my manager would call. I didn't hear anything. It concerns me for $139, I pay someone to spray, and put boxes with holes down. If you read the description on the $139, they come out, check the entries, and block the entries, and they spray. He didn't touch where the entries were even at. I have never done this job before, he will check the entries, and keep the mouse from coming in. I thought the price would be ok. That is the reason I wanted the service. Regardless of the issue with the service, he never called and asked how the service was. No follow up what so ever. He was on time. He was professional. He said he didn't know about it, he took pictures and send to manager. He didn't say he knew everything. I will make sure they do their job this time. They were there. They need to finish the job they started.
