I was told that they cleaned the connection on the TBC and charged me $23 to replace a 30 cent fuse according to the invoice after I was charged for an hour labor to cleaned the TBC connection I am not a rocket scientist but $23 to change a fuse?? reallllly also there was body damage on the hood and a broken headlight support in the same area that I discovered the next day while in the garage, probably while it was park in their over crowded lot/ work space. bottom line I would not use them again!

These guys are amazing. I've been using them for years. Very honest and very fair. Work is always done fast and done right. I have used them for anything from a oil change to major engine repairs. They get you in and out in a timely manor.

Finished on time as promised.

They're honest, reasonable, quick and they do a good job. I have never had any problems with any repair I've had done on my car.

The got me a price, I agreed, went and got a rental while they worked on it, it took them 2 extra days than they originally told me, then the charged me a few hundred dollars more than they gave me the quote on, the color wasn't right, there was metallic car paint sprayed on my side passenger window so now when I look both ways to cross a road I have to look at it and it doesn't come off with normal car or glass cleaners :( When my hood closes, one side is lop-sided, there's a spot on the side of my car that has the paint chipped of in layers... I've never actually seen paper-thin layers of paint before this happened. I have been going there for years for various mechanical problems over the past few years. I don't know why they did this to me :-(

I had spoken to them a few times before about the problem, which was intermittent and which, before last week, hadn't occurred in a couple of months. I've been going there for about 3 years with Toyota products over a dozen years old. They seem honest and fair, and they're most often busy enough to need advance notice of your coming in.

On a scale of 1 -10 I would give them the highest rating possible. I have used them for about 20 years. I have referred family and friends to them. I absolutely feel that I can trust them. They will always call you before they do anything and you can make the decision of what you want done.
