Curt.was fast and efficient

Excellent experience with CTEC. They were prompt, considerate of us and our home, and very efficient. We were informed of progress throughout the installation with additional explanations of what was installed and what we should expect. At the end of the installment time was taken to check the operation of the installation with additional explanation. Everything has worked perfectly. I feel confident if there is ever a problem we could call Curtis and he would return our call promptly with an answer to our question. We highly recommend Curtis and CTEC.

What a find these guys are! Professional very knowledgeable and truly enthusiastic about the work they do. I would recommend them to anybody in the market to cut ties with cable or satellite television.

Curtis was professional, described the process and the possible snags, explained what would happen with each possibility, and completed the work expertly.

He was prompt, personable, knowledgeable and fair price so far. Will submit another review when final testing and work is completed. He advised against an action I was determined to complete so it's not his fault for the unfinished work. Once we're through with testing the system I'll give a final review, yet, so far he's been right there for me and what I wanted in a business to hire.
