Beyer Builders eliminates the need to call a general handyman, plumber, electrician, carpenter or painter to maintain your home. We provide all your home maintenance and remodeling services through one company and one call. We put your mind at ease, knowing your home is being cared for by our team of licensed and insured professionals. Your one trusted source for all your renovation and maintenance needs. Our rates begin at $125.00 for the first hour and $45.00 per every 1/2 hour after plus materials on most jobs. Being a small business we work hard on trying to keep our operating costs down to pass on savings to our customers. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards with a small transaction fee of 3.25% added to the total invoice should you choose this method of payment.

The basement slider windows were approximately 40 years old and really BAD. John replaced these windows with Crestline energy efficient windows. which were pricey cause they had to be special ordered due to a non-standard size. Installed new outside trim to finish.
The floor joist was installed by "sistering" the broken joist with a laminated beam with glue and screws holding the 2 joists together permanently. I noticed immediately that the floor has much less bounce. Excellent job.
Beyer Builder's did take care of cleaning up work areas fairly well, although I did find staples on the garage floor, a few nails inside and out around basement windows, a box knife blade and screws on front porch, but considering how messy the job was to do that's not bad at all.
I wasn't aware the I needed to dispose of the scrapped door and windows at the time of the bid. Nothing was mentioned in the contract about it. This is probably the normal thing for jobs like this because we are new the this contractor thing.

I had already selected a vanity, fan/light and fixtures for the tub and John was very accommodating regarding having me order the fixtures and scheduling the install once everything had arrived. I did ask him to obtain the new toilet and he suggested one with a vintage look that worked very well with the decor in the bathroom.
On the scheduled date for the installation work, John arrived right on time. Each day he left the room picked up and free of debris from the rehab process. The entire project only took 2 days and a couple of hours on a third day. I was especially impressed with the installation of the new supply lines and drain for the clawfoot tub - the access from the basement was awkward but he got it done and it looks great.
I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work he performed. Everything looks beautiful. John was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Beyer Builders!

John came out & gave us a estimate on installing a new dish washer & Granite counter top & stainless steel sink. He didn't try tp pressuring us into getting things done that we could not afford. He gave us a good price on just what we asked for. John is a very considerate & friendly person & we hit it off right away. He is very well informed on all the new product on the market.
He replaced our countertop and sink & installed a new dish washer. He had to cutout a cabinet to installed the dish washer then rebuild the opening. He connected all the plumbing and electric for the dish washer.He make sure that everything was picked up and clean when he left each day.
John in a very kind & considerate person & a great worker & we would recommend him to anyone. We now know who to call when we need any job done, John at Beyer Builders!
