"I think he got companies mixed up. We came out and checked his air conditioner. We are an HVAC company, not pest control"
Price was very reasonable. Neil did a great job of explaining the situation.
Highly Recommended.
Office staff was very friendly and helpful answering my questions regarding services and pricing. Scheduling was easy. Technician arrived at the very end of the two hour window, but called 20 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. Neil, the technician was friendly, polite, and answered all of my questions in detail. I am the type of homeowner who likes to know exactly what is being done when I hire someone to do work at my home. My furnace and AC were installed almost 3 years ago, and this was the first time it's been serviced. Neil explained everything he would be doing, and told me about the different things that can go wrong with newer high efficiency units, and what to look for if problems occur. I especially appreciated that, as it could save an unneeded service call in the future.
I purchased my furnace and AC from the previous owner of this company, and was not particular happy with their service, but I was very pleased with the service under the new ownership. I will call them again in the future. From beginning to end, Neil was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & explained everything to me. I will definitely call this co. again for any future furnace needs.
Had a problem with gas furnace in mid-December (blower motor repeatedly stalled and was not working properly). Called up Comfort Care - they responded immediately and professionally on the phone. A serviceman quickly arrived (within 2-3 hours) within the time window promised. The serviceman was very personable, professional and quickly diagnosed/repaired the problem. No 2nd trip was required. He patiently and fully answered any questions that I had. Have had no problem with furnace since repair was made. The price of the repair was reasonable and I was able to use 10% off coupon for service that was posted on Angies List web-site. Overall - it was a very positive experience and I would use Comfort Care again in the future. I would also recommend them to friends/family/neighbors. THANK YOU Angies List !
.When the two Comfort Care technicians came a few days later, they were friendly, answered questions, reviewed what they found with the old water tank and humidifier, and explained how to use the new tank and humidifier. Hauling the old tank out took time because it was full of sediment and they had to carry a 40 gallon tank up the basement stairs.
Would recommend and hire this company again.
