This is the second time I've had them install blinds in my home.  When I first moved in more than a year ago they provided blinds for my downstairs windows and I wanted to live with them a while and decide if I wanted to have the same blinds installed in my bedrooms.  The blinds are great and look great and help keep warm air inside during the cold months.  The light blocking blinds I have in the bedrooms really block out the light.  I'm very happy with the entire experience.  The blinds are expensive but I did not want to try measuring and ordering on my own and I think you get what you pay for, as they say.

Bill and Linda know what they're doing, and it shows. They were extremely helpful in narrowing down our style, color, and fabric choices, patiently worked with us to find the right products for our budget and decor, and were super-efficient during installation (but with plenty of attention to detail). Top it off with very competitive prices, a friendly approach, and clear professionalism, and you have an all-around great experience! We will definitely call on them again in the future.

The blinds are all installed - which went very quickly and smoothly.  There is one blind (out of many!) that is sticky - they have said to let them know if it remains sticky and they will order a replacement.  I trust they will do so if need be.  They look beautiful and we are happy with what we chose!

Bill is very nice professional and extremely responsive. He offered excellent products at a great price and Installation was a breeze. I had a situation that did not allow me to receive the blinds at my house and he was able to ship to his location and bring the blinds to me. That was a very nice personal touch I appreciated much. Very knowledgeable about product offerings / how to install the product.  Even repaired an shade that was improperly installed by another vendor.

Bill and Linda promptly arrived at our initial appointment. They were knowledgeable and prepared. They even gave us a quote on the spot. We told them we'd think about our purchase. Within one week, we decided we liked Image Blinds and we liked the product, but were no longer thrilled with our color choice. Bill and Linda returned to help us find another color. Then, they ordered the blinds and installed them about 4 weeks after our order was placed. The installation went smoothly but we were unhappy with the cord placement. Bill and Linda worked with hunter douglas to return our blinds, change the cord placement and reinstall them successfully. We couldn't have been happier with the service.

Bill and Linda were such a pleasure to work with. They met with us and provided us with all options for what we were looking for.  After picking the products, they scheduled the installation. They arrived on time, finished the work on time, and everything looks beautiful! in addition, the estimates that Bill and Linda gave us for the Hunter Douglas blinds were very competitive, compared to other estimates we got. We ordered blinds for two bedrooms and our living room.  Linda provided some good suggestions for blinds that would go with our decor.  The blinds were delivered to our home.  We then called Bill, and within a couple days he was here to install everything.   They have a good product for a fair price.  The entire process is easy and smooth.  I would use them again without hesitation.

Bill and Linda were efficient, friendly and provided great service all around.  There were many samples to choose from but we found what we were seeking pretty quickly.  Order taking and payment was easy.  The order was delivered to our home and after a phone call to advise Bill that the new shades had arrived, he called not long after to set up a date to do the installation.  That went smoothly and pretty quickly as he was aided by Linda who helped keep everything tidy from beginning to end.  We love the new look and are happy with our purchase and choice to work with Bill and Linda! 

Bill and Linda did a fantastic job and helped guide me through the selection process, providing me with options to choose from so that I stayed within my price range.  Not only were they professional, courteous, punctual and very responsive to my needs, they came in more than 1/2 the price below quotes I received from other companies.  I highly recommend them to everyone!

Ordered all products in a timely manner. Did the install & a thorough clean up after. We had 1 glitch a week later, they ordered the part & came back & installed no problem.

We purchased blinds for nearly every window in our home. Each blind was chosen based on the lighting requirements of the individual space. The Hunter Douglas lifetime guarantee was a real selling feature for us. Actually, one of the blinds was giving us some problems so the Berg's came to look at it and ended up ordering a replacement blind right away. Their expertise made the process so simple and THAT WAS PRICELESS. We received three bids in total and worked with all three vendors to get the options we liked at their best price. The price offered by Image Custom Blinds was more than 5% lower than the other bids we received and they provided a better option than the others. Bill and Linda Berg asked us questions to get a feel for our taste and price ranges and then suggested several options and made recommendations for us.
We were having major work done in our house and ran into several complications, which made the entire project take several months longer than expected. We were concerned the work would make a mess of our new shades so Bill and Linda offered to hold onto our shades in their own house for a couple of months until the work in our house was  completed. Then they came out within a week to put up the shades. They put up all 23 of the shades in an afternoon. Everything was installed perfectly and their were no issues. A few months later, they promptly came out to the house to fix a string that came off one of the shades.
Bill and Linda are very professional, offer a great product and service and a very good price, and are very nice people. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bill and Linda Burg are incredibly professional, efficient and were a pleasure to deal with.  I met with them to get an estimate on window treatments for several new windows recently installed in our home.  They showed up on time, presented ideas and suggestions and waited for me to make a decision without a hard sell.  Once I decided to purchase the blinds, they were once again, very timely and efficient during the entire process.  They suggested that I have the blinds shipped to our home to save on time and once delivered, they were able to install the blinds were quickly.  The blinds were exactly what I had hoped they would be and look beautiful in our home.

This is a husband and wife team.  They arrived promptly and provided multiple quotes for various options.    Their quotes were competitive with other blind estimates I received.  Each time they were at my home, they were dressed nicely in business casual clothes and removed their shoes (even for the installation).  They worked quietly and efficiently.  I'm very happy with the final result and would definitely hire them again.

While Bill was completing the installation, Linda consolidated the substantial packing material.  Disposal was up to us.
