Garage Door Service
Garage door wouldn’t open, broken springs. Called Absolute. Excellent same day service! Plus discount for Bartlett residents. I would recommend this company.

Matt was on time and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the garage door components. In addition to fixing the spring he identified some wear items that needed replacement and lubrication. By the time he left the door was like brand new and operating almost silently. If your looking for an honest competent garage door company, give Absolute a phone call!

Matt is awesome! Very responsive. Laid out best options with thorough explanations, and provided decent discount to Angi member. Impressed with simple hack to keep rubber seal from flattening out; steel wool inserted at the bottom corners is genius!

Matt did a great job replacing my garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful when it came to any questions or concerns. He was also very thorough when it came to understanding how to use and maintain the newly installed equipment to prevent issues in the future.

Matt was excellent. He knows everything about garage doors, openers, and mice getting into garages. He was responsive, thorough and courteous. My opener couldn't be fixed. Matt gave me a new Liftmaster including keypad, replaced the rubber seal on bottom of the door, and replaced all the rollers.

Matt was very knowledgeable about my existing door. He did a very detailed inspection of my door and repaired it. He was also able to teach me several aspects of my existing lift system. I highly recommend This company if you need work on your garage door.

Called this morning because the springs on my garage door were broken, by 1:30 my door was working again! They were so responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciate that they also took the time to look at my door and show me issues that I had that I was not aware of (our cables had rusted and were nearly rusted through - something I didn't check but I'm glad they did). And they stand by their work. We will definitely contact them again for our garage door needs.

Sam was very knowledgeable & explained what he was inspecting to fully diagnose the problem. He replaced the sensors and noticed that the existing wire had cracks in two places. He replaced the wire and was apologetic that he would have to charge me for the new sensors. Cost of repair was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Absolute Doors & Home Repairs and will call them for other household repairs.

Was prompt to the appointment and listened as I described what I knew about the problem and last time I had service done. Walked me through what they were inspecting and looking for. Showed me what parts needing replacing and gave me a reasonable quote. After service was complete, they adjusted the door opener, had me test everything, and I was very satisfied with their service. Definitely would recommend.
