Price was good and response time good

Robert was right on time to my home in Bartlett. He is very easy to talk to. He explained his pricing and what he was going to do very clearly. After he climbed up on the roof he was able to assess the situation fairly quickly. It was a pretty simple repair he was able to do it right here on the spot. His price for the job was very reasonable. It ended up being something very small. I really appreciate Roberts honesty. He didn't try to sell me any extra work. This is a truly outstanding company. I wish that more repair/construction companies were like this one. I have saved his company as one of my favorites in Home Advisor and when I need roofing, gutter soffit repair they are definitely a people I'm going to call.

Great professional work - experience mixed with integrity.

I ask for a ccntractor several weeks ago and chose R Celeste. I want to say that I am one of the most picky people to deal with and this man has the patience of a Saint.. We changed the color of the roof at least three time, the siding at least six time and the windows at least three times.. He never grew impatient nor did he lose his composure. The job that his crew are doing draws oohs and aahs from my neighbors and several are considering hime for work they need to have done. He is without a doubt a man who will do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable with your choices, Thank you for recommending R Celeste. He has made this a most pleaant experience. Prices are cheaper, but this comes at a price. He'll show up whenever he feels like it. He had siding delivered to our house, even though we never had a date scheduled! Our last communication was when we emailed our color choice and asked him to contact us to schedule sometime in June. Apparently to him, that meant come anytime in June it was convenient for him. He said they never schedule appointments. They order the material so it can be on hand whenever they have time to come out! Problem is that he never even told us he was ordering or even planning on coming out! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Few issues starting, but once started very professional. Excellent work. Great clean up.
