 + -1 moreI bought an alarm online with plans to finish a DIY installation. When I realized I had neither the time or expertise, Chris Welky bailed me out. He had experience with many different products and was able to install my alarm efficiently and professionally. One of the reasons that I purchased the alarm myself was that I felt like so many other companies were trying to upsell or overcharge me for the hardware. Chris did good work for an honest price. He was friendly and not a "slick salesman" like some of the other alarm dealers I have met. All the equipment (>30 monitoring points) is tested and working. He was concerned with quality and preserving the aesthetic of our older home. Finally, he gave me the installer code and some tips on different monitoring companies, even though he provides some of these services himself. I will refer my friends and family to him and would absolutely contract him again.
