Kevin arrived on time and was very polite. He explained everything as he was going through the furnace tune up. He was very respectful and prepared in regards to the covid-19 CDC recommendations. He was very personable and did a great job inspecting and adjusting my furnace. I don't believe there was anything more he could have done to make this a more enjoyable experience.

To continue sump running Constance , injector was going Krazy. The water drain from the house was full of water . When all said and done! The pipe drain outside was snaked. That came to the conclusion the pipe collapse. A crew will return to dig up and replace the pipe. Hopefully that is the issue? Disown payment $800.00 . Could be more.

Excellent!! Our technician Alex T was very courteous and a true professional. He was very thorough in tuning up/ cleaning both furnaces. He even checked on our AC units to ensure we would have no issues next summer which I did not know was part of the service as I don’t remember it being done before as part of furnace tune up by this company. He went above and beyond by troubleshooting our humidifiers (which were not on the service request) and provided a detailed explanation of what needs to be done. I highly recommend his services if hiring Perfect home services for your needs.

Jeff was great. He was informative polite and very professional. I would recommend him. I felt very comfortable with him and he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Because he took the time to check things out I found out I had a small carbon monoxide leak and my furnace had some issues. So I am very grateful he took the time do a thorough checkup.

The service was great. It was contracted at 12 PM on a Saturday and performed at 8 AM Sunday. The technician was excellent. The service call charge for a weekend was reasonable. The part prices with installation were outrageous. I expressed concern over the prices but technician said part prices have been sky rocketing. When he left I checked the prices for original factory parts. Relay retail price at 2 supply retailers: $78.99. I paid $287.00 to get it installed. Thermocouple: retail price $20.15. I paid $139.00 to get it installed. 2 years earlier I had paid $81.50 for the service call and installation with a different company. Their part cost: $22.50.

From the first call this morning to when an amazing plumber, named Neil Martino showed up at my door, I was very pleased. Neil walked around and examined my other plumbing items, such as the sewage ejector pump, hot water heater, and the main line, and that was he even before he began looking into my main issue, the completely stopped up kitchen sink drain. He was very professional and went over all the different possibilties and options to take care of my drain. I went with the simplest solution first, but at least I knew I had other options if that didn't work. He was able to clear the drain, and he cleaned up after himself all the while we were having an awesome conversation. I felt like I was having a friend over to do the work, and that means a lot to me since I have a disability and have been house bound many years before covid-19 ever made it's appearance. I know it's not a selling point to many people, but to me, having a very personable repair person come into my home means as much as the cost. I will be using Perfect Home Solutions for my heating, cooling and plumbing needs as long as they stay in business.

Was shocked at how poor the estimate process went. When the person arrived he said he wasn’t sure if they do this kind of work. I mentioned that when I made the phone call I specifically asked if they install garage heaters. His response was, ‘unfortunately they aren’t sales people and know what the specific request is.’ After making a couple of calls, he said they can do the work but it would cost a lot. He went on to tell me how he gets paid indicating that he has other bigger proposals to get to. He asked me the estimates I’ve been receiving and I gave him a range. He created the estimate (without measuring how much pipe would be needed) and wrote the highest number I shared with him. I asked what kind of manufacturer they used and he said he would get back to me. Never heard from him again. I basically got an estimate based on the highest estimate I gave him. He lacked professionalism and I was incredibly disappointed as I heard great things about this company. Will never use or refer them.
