The first time Perfect Home Services came out for the sewer routing the guy did a great job. They guy came into the house and he put booties on so he didn't track mud into the house. He was very polite, very nice. The second time that they came out the guy was horrible. He didn't put booties on or anything. He had booties in his pocket so I know that he was supposed to but he just didn't bother to put them on. He didn't do the water flush because he said it wasn't acceptable. Overall, he was kinda rude and not very friendly. Afterwards I found better specials for what they did.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were okay; they were average. I might use them again.

It was a pleasure to make arrangements for our furnace cleaning. The Perfect Home technician arrived as scheduled and did a fine job. They pointed out that our ignitor could go at any time, but didn't pressure us to replace it right away. This was consistent with what another company had previously identified. This gave us time to purchase the part ourselves for installation at a later date. Ironically, three days after service, a different part did break (the draft inducer fan) and caused the furnace to be inoperable. It is likely that they could not have known that this part would break, especially since it was working at the time they performed the cleaning. We contacted Perfect Home that day to get a quote to repair the broken fan. Even though we had the part number, they said they could not give us an estimate without the furnace model number. I did not have the information with me, and apparently they did not have it either from the recent service call. This was somewhat frustrating. We subsequently found another supplier that had the part (identified without the furnace model number), which we purchased and installed on our own later that day. In summary, I would use their service again. I would suggest that they maintain customer equipment information in their database so that they can be more supportive during a home repair crisis.

Service was quick and clean. No problems since the repair was done.

I had trouble with my Flushmate toilet. I had purchased and installed a new cartridge, but the toilet needed to be flushed repeatedly if left alone for several hours. PHS uninstalled and re-installed the cartridge, saw that it worked, and left. However, after several hours, the problem returned. PHS returned and repeated the operation, free of charge, with the same results. This time, however, they asked me not to call them again if the problem persisted, and to get a new toilet.

Called Perfect Home Services and made an appointment because of a special offer through Angie's List. Was called a half hour before serviceman arrived, as promised. He arrived on time and was very professional. He seemed to take his time and do a very thorough inspection of the furnace. He found nothing wrong and told me if I had yearly cleanings done, the furnace should last me quite a while. I was happy with his professional attitude and the work he did. I would definitely use this company again.

We called Perfect Home Services at 6 pm on January 28 because our sewer was backing up. (We had intended to call sooner because we had a coupon through Angie's List to have a camera inspection of the line. However, we hadn't gotten around to calling yet.) The company was totally responsive and agreed to come out the next day. The service man arrived as scheduled on January 29. He cleaned the sewer line and then performed a thorough inspection using a snake with a camera attached. As he was performing the inspection, he showed us exactly what our problem was. After he completed the inspection, he provided us with 3 options for correcting the problem. He carefully and thoroughly explained each option. We are extremely pleased with the work performed by Perfect Home Services. We would not to hesitate to use them again in the future. We will also recommend them based on their excellent service!

Jason T. arrived as scheduled and was very professional. He did a thorough job and also changed the humidifier filter for me. I couldn't be more pleased with his service and will use this company again!

It went fine. I didn’t have any complaints. Something went wrong after they left which made second guess whether they did a thorough check. I did have them come out to do the repair work which I did pay for separately. They did a great job on the repair and were thorough.

Jeremy from Perfect Home Services came out when we were told he would. He was polite and knowledgable and did the cleaning and repair very quickly. What more could one ask for.

I bought a sewer rodding package on Angie's List. I called to make the appointment and the woman on the phone was very nice and she set me up for the following week. The plumber came out and rodded my sewer line and also sent a camera in to get a better look. Everything looked good and he didn't try to sell me any upgrades or additional work, which was nice.

Overall it was very possitive . There was an equipment problem which delayed the inspection but Justin was extremely knowledgable and helpfull in setting up PDP program

Had a simple water-heater inspection and flushing, and asked a few questions about other repairs. Overall, it was happy with the work done, but I was feeling the quote on other repars were rather high.

On a freezing national holiday at a time after most people stop sending out service persons, the sump pump pipe in our home chose to separate and almost flood our basement. Perfect Home Services sent Jeremy. He was polite and efficient and immediately repaired the separated pipe and fixed our problem. He also gave us advice on how to deal with any further issues. He was friendly and helpful to the extreme, completing the repair in just a few moments. If we have any future plumbing issues I hope that Jeremy would be sent to deal with them. I give him the highest praise for his service to us.

Company technicians arrived when they said they would. They were careful of the house. The video showed that the sewer had problems that rodding would not solve and might make worse. The recommendation is to power wash the sewer and then take another look with the video to evaluate the problem. We decided to take the recommendation and will be scheduling another appointment for the power wash.

I have had issues with plumbing on and off since buying my house over a year ago. Previously had my sewer pipe rodded after just moving in but in the last few months began to have additional draining problems. Had already purchased the special deal from Perfect Home Services for the Rodding and Camera. Ben and his associate came out and was able to rod through the obstruction (tree roots) after several tries. He also came back again for an additional sewer line that flowed from the 2nd floor (which we were not aware of). The camera showed considerable tree root issues and suggested that they install clean a out in the front yard and provided a quote. Ben and his team was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to correct the problem in the short term but explaining that a clean out would be the only way to truly correct the problem which I plan on doing in the Spring.

I bought a coupon at Angie's for the service. The next day, I received a call from Perfect Home Services office to help me set up the appointment. I had a followup call to double check the date and time we had originally set. On the day of the appointment , I received a call to let me know that Jason, my assigned technician, was attending an emergency call and had to postpone his arrival time from about 10:00 am to 12:00. I was not very happy with the change in plans, but it is about 8 degrees this morning. I let it go just because I don't want to see somebody being cold in this kind of weather. When Jason arrived, I didn't mind at all the change in time. He was very nice, professional and thorough in his work. I am the type of person that takes every situation as a learning experience, so I asked him if I could see him work and ask some questions. He didn't mind at all. He took the time to explain what he was doing, as well as made suggestions about the maintenance of my furnace. I must say that I have no doubts I will call them again for my regular maintenance, for my furnace as well as air conditioning. Very satisfied with their performance!

JOB WAS DONE IN AN EFFICIENT WAY, ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED TO MY SATISFACTION. SERVICE TECH POINTED OUT SOME OTHER OPTIONS ON SEWER CLEANING THAT I MIGHT USE IN THE FUTURE, BUT DID NOT GIVE ME THE HARD UP-SELL. OVER ALL, AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PEOPLE, AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Arrived as promised and began work immediately. Asked pertinent questions about history of the unit and previous service provider. Service was thorough and detailed. Cleaned up when finished.

I bought an Angie's List coupon to have my sewer lines routed with a video inspection of the pipes. I scheduled for last Friday afternoon. I received a call at about 12:30 to let me know that the technician was running late and would get to my house after 3:00. I had something to do at 6:00 and since they couldn't guarantee service by then, they rescheduled for the next day -- first call. I'll admit it was a little annoying (I work from home so I didn't have to schedule time off of work which is good). My experience Saturday made Friday seem like it didn't happen. The tech called me at 7:30, arrived by 8:00 -- exactly when he said he'd be there. He showed me the condition of my pipes as a part of the video inspection and let me know that he would not have to do the routing since the pipes were clear. He then took care of a small plumbing problem I had in my bathroom in place of the routing. He was polite, punctual and professional. I was very pleased with the work he did. I'd definitely use them again.
