Replaced faucet aerators at no charge and made suggestions on saving water/money. Unclogged kitchen drain and included a one year warranty. Service technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Can't remember how much he charged for clearing drain, but it was in line with other plumbing rates.

I called at 3pm and Jon was out by 9am the following morning (non emergency, so I was very happy with the speed of response). I had an undiagnosed (by me anyway) sewer line issue ... Jon got the 'lay of the land' in terms of my sewer clean out (REALLY inconveniently located) and how my ejector pit and sewer line tied together. He was awesome ... a full 100ft rodding, then video and because we didn't break through the obstruction the first time, he rodded it again (and ran the camera down there again to see condition of the main line). It was clear that Jon was happy to be working for a quality company (he'd just started a week or so prior, after working for other companies in the area) and he was great. He obviously took pride in his work and cared a great deal about 'taking care of the customer' ... from protecting the plumbing lines surrounding the clean out to cleaning up afterwards, Jon was phenomenal. The final result is that I got things flowing again in the sewer line and with the video, I've got a great 'visual' on current and potential future issues in the main line. While this gave me 'food for thought', I did not feel pressured at all on the 'up-sell'. Sidenote is that I had Ben work on another property in Glen Ellyn ... same-day response time, same concern and quality customer service, and same result (FLOW!) ... I've had two experiences and they've both been great ... I will continue to use them for sewer and they will be my first call on plumbing too. Hey, Perfect Home ... how about a discounted service call coupon we can buy for plumbing, that is good for a couple years ... I'm a buyer, if you do offer one.

They always go above and beyond. When you call them, you talk to a real live person. The service people are very knowledgeable and don't try to sell you things you don't need. We have an Aprilaire air system on the furnace and he took the filter out and cleaned it rather replacing it. He did the same with the electronic filter on the furnace, which saved me about $75. When they came out to put in the new system 3 years ago, I got 6 bids. I felt that the other companies were undersizing the system, based on my own previous construction experience. I had a suspicion that the unit I had was too small which was causing it to run longer and harder than it needed to. Perfect Home Services was the first company to tell me that my unit was undersized. They also offered a 10 year warranty on their work and I've been using them ever since.

They were extremely polite and professional and prompt. I was pretty pleased with them and would use them again. They did have to do a comeback to correct something from their first visit.

Unlike previous HVAC people, Todd was informative, gave me excellent advice, did not tell me that I need to replace everything (which others have told me!) and gave me good advice for future maintenance. Although my bill was expensive, I feel that I am fully protected for both this season, and the winter of 2013-14. Thank you, Todd I would also like to mention how helpful, flexible, and professional the office staff was when I was scheduling and needed to re-schedule.

They did a good job! They did have to delay our job for one day due to having to complete a repair elsewhere. They did contact me to let me know that they couldn't make it and rescheduled.

Ultimately, it worked out fine. However, I felt that the ad was very misleading because we ended up spending almost $7,000 in total for the cost. I am happy with the work that done and the people who did the work did a good job. However, I think that the offer should have been worded differently. The people who did the work were very good, conscientious, and able to do the work in a timely manner. Something people should know that it is an epoxy type of product that creates a huge odor in your house. You would not want this work done unless you can open all the windows in your house to air it out. It took us a couple of days to get the smell out of the house.

They were prompt and clean. They did a very thorough job and even took a hose to clean out the inside of it. There was a minor issue and they did leave behind a bit of mud. They even did some thorough tests on the furnace that I had never experienced with other companies. They were very good and I would recommend them!

Did a complete inspection from basement to attic.

This company works as one cohesive team that impressed us to no end. From start to finish they were courteous, respectful and professional. The workers who installed our new furnace were amazingly kind and mindful of our old house. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. The best home improvement experience we've had since moving into our home.

The one-man crew arrived on time as promised. I live in a townhouse and you have to go through the living/dining area to get to the furnace utility room in the kitchen. He put on booties as soon as he arrived to protect my wood floors. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He did a complete inspection and thorough cleaning on my furnace. In fact, it seemed to me one of the most thorough inspections I ever received from any company over the past 8 years (I do a furnace clean and check annually), as he explained everything he did in his inspection. He discovered a slight crack in the heat exchanger and informed me that the furnace was unsafe to operate and had to be replaced. He showed me the crack via a light scope (it was a little difficult for me to see it and he had to maneuver the scope in place several times). I was surprised to see that parts of the furnace were removed (I did not see this done on other inspections over the years - maybe it was done to show me the crack easier?). He put the furnace back together and turned it off, telling me that he was unable to turn it back on after seeing the crack (but did show me how to turn it back on). He asked me if I wanted to get a quote on a new furnace and I told him yes, but that I would need to contact my home warranty company on how to handle this situation (I've had a home warranty in place for 8 years). I am not sure if he misunderstood what I was saying about calling the home warranty company (it was just to report the claim), but I never did receive a call back with a quote. I may be wrong, but I had the distinct feeling that his primary mission was to sell me a new furnace.

They were very professional. He called me to let me know when he would arrive. He explained to me what my problem was and what was necessary to correct it. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again and again.

The company was very professional. They were quick to answer my request for information as well as schedule a date. A lot of companies only work within business hours which for me is always an issue because I do not work close to home. They were able to accommodate me with a good time that worked for my schedule. The technician was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to. He explained what he was doing, what he found and what he suggested for the future. The company was very good with a follow up the next day as well which is very comforting to me.

I bought a "Big Deal" from Angie's List to have my sewer line viewed on a tv monitor and have the sewer line rodded and drained if necessary. I'm putting my house on the market and didn't want any surprises. I received a call from the office 30 minutes prior to the arrival of their crew, and Ben called me personally to say he was on his way. Much to my great relief, Ben and Jon found nothing wrong in my line and I watched on the tv screen as they performed their task. Ben was extraordinarily helpful, thorough, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Perfect Home Services.

It was okay. They were very polite and prompt. He recommended I buy something but I didn't need it.

They got started right away, but finishing up took a little time.

The repairman came to a rental property that I own. He replaced a pipe that was leaking that went to the roof. Then he did a plumbing inspection in the house and made recommendations. The next day he installed a new sink and toilet in the downstairs bathroom.Kirk was very professional and kept everything clean while working.

A+ rating - would recommend this service to others.

We had a few slow flushing toilets, tech came out, nice, neat and friendly and quickly discovered that we had some tubes were aimed incorrectly within the toilet tank, causing the problems. He did not try to sell me on unnecessary upgrades or services. Honest. I like that. We would use again.

The service for sewer rodding was fine (although our sewer is in bad shape) and the individual was helpful/knowledgeable about my questions. There were a couple issues with a mix up of the scheduled time-they missed my scheduled 8-11 am slot, were supposed to call back with when they were arriving later but they just showed up later in the day. I realized after that I was supposed to have a televised sewer scope but that didn't happen.

The rep was very punctual,helpful and gave my Mother peace of mind. I would definitely do business again with this company again.

We were very satisfied. They showed up right on time. We had a small sewer back up we needed taken care of. Ben was the technician. He was very nice. He first did the camera work. He was able to diagnose the problem and take care of it. He showed us the screen so we could see there was no longer any blockage.
