I have been going here for six years and have only had positive experiences. Both vets are great and all the staff is friendly and caring. I never felt pressured into any tests, services, etc. I have never had an issue booking an appointment or getting in for an emergency. The staff has been very helpful over the phone for one off questions. I would recommend anyone to go here.

Their staff was amazing. They know the relationship between owner and animal. I felt really comfortable and when my golden retriever walked through the door and all the nurses and doctors were really friendly. We had a couple of surgeries done there and they were honest and open about everything. We have used them for a number of years and overall it was a good experience. I had to put my pet down because he had cancer. They were really caring and understanding and I love them. They are number 1.

I like both of their vets. Normally, we see one of them. He is very good with the animals. He is a very knowledgeable guy. He has been there for quite a while. I can tell that he cares about the animals. He is a caring doctor. To me, the price is a little high. Then again I guess for our area, it's probably right where it needs to be. I wish it would be a little lower. I'm the one who needs to be punctual. They're ready for me when we get there.

Doctor took the time to ask if I had any concerns our questions about my puppy's health and behavior, and had very helpful suggestions and ideas for me. I always feel that my pets are a priority and are cared about. The doctors and staff always try to ensure that my pups are at ease and are not afraid or hurt. They are super friendly and courteous and will fit me in whenever I have an urgent need (or even think I do).

Dr Withers wanted to do a blood test - I had previously told the receptionist that I did not care to have Dr Withers touch my cat, preferred to use his wife as my primary vet - he handles animals like they are cattle and is very rought with them, and my cat clearly did not like him. However, he was the only vet there the day I had to bring my cat in - so despite my reservations, I let him see my cat. After multiple attempts to draw blood - my cat was crying and screaming - and of course my heart was breaking - I could hear them trying to restrain her, and put her in some type of rubber containment suit (found that out later). It became obvious my cat was in extreme distress - I finally got someone's attention and told them to stop immediately - I was shaking I was so angry - it was obvious to me they'd taken it WAY too far and were actually abusing my cat. When I got her home - she was limping and terrorized - she slunk away to a far corner and stayed there for 36 hours. I was afraid she was going to die. I will NEVER let any animal I own go anywhere near Dr Withers - he should really be exposed for the sadist he is. I advise you to never take your animals to Dr Withers. And by the way - they never did get the blood drawn, nor did I ever receive any kind of apology. It's a shame, because all the other people in the office were wonderful, as is his wife who is also a vet.

Dr. Withers gave my cat an antibiotic shot to see if the growth would reduce in size. He also gave my cat a general overall exam and checked his teeth.

Both cats have trimmed down and are more familiar with this vet now, so they behave better when examined. The second cat remains more overweight but the vet was almost alarmist with the weight concern. There is a process when integrating a second cat into a household and there is no accounting for the vet's focus. Without so much detail, these guys are both doing fine and adjusting well. I will worry about the weight more after they have more time together. I know about my guys and if there is something I don't know, I can always obtain a second opinion. The vet, Jerry, knows this about me and respects that. Both of my guys have not had any recurrance of "bowel" symptoms and their nasal congestions have both cleared up and not bene in evidence for a few months. They both tolerated the shots and handling well. I would actually prefer a clinic or hospital that had a cats centric set of rooms or wing, but I believe they do a great job here. They are always cacreful, respectful and gentle with my guys.

Cat evidenced sensitive bowel and was successfully treated with an anti-biotic. Health history showed no prior with IBS and no pests were discovered in stools. Though this took 8 visits, the staff and Vet were very patient, comforting, and professional.
