Collision Revision Inc

I had initially brought my car to a different Collision Revision location but they asked if they could take it to this location instead because they were busy, which I agreed to.  They somehow broke my hood during the tow, which at first they admitted to.  The lady at this location told me that she couldn't figure out how to open my hood because the release cable and the release latch were both already broken before I took my car in.  She told me that the only way that she could open my hood was to brake the grill.  Then she told me that it was a safety issue for me to drive without a grill so I had to pay her to replace the grill, (which turned out to not be true.)  So she replaced the grill, (and charged me more than what she had quoted me,) but I realized later that she had lost a decorative piece that goes under the grill, (which she refused to admit to.)
While my car was at her shop she called me every day while I was at work and talked at me for a long time, saying a lot of things that obviously didn't make any sense.
When she was done fixing my car she tried to tell me that it would be illegal for her to bring my car back to the shop in my town and that I had to go all the way to Aurora to pick my car up, which was not the deal when I agreed to allow them to bring my car there in the first place.  I ended up having to have a manager from the insurance company call her and force her to bring my car back to my town.
