The serviceman, Jared, came out promptly at the time agreed upon and was extremely knowledgeable. He will be back for part two next week. We were very impressed! there is 90 day guarantee and no additional fees beyond the upfront charge were paid.

We had no wasps the summer he sprayed. Then they came back the next year when I didn't hire them.

I paid for the deal offered through Angie's List. They came out the first time to set bait traps, and then they came out again just to check and collect the traps. They then called me a couple weeks later asking for payment even though I had already purchased the deal through Angie's List. I feel like I definitely overpaid them for the services provided and would not use them again.

The man was amazing and works so quickly that you dont think he could have done the job properly. But he always does a thorough job. Not one pesky yellow jacket left alive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Polite & very reasonably priced too!

They did not stop spiders from this house. Used them to get rid of mice in a house in Cicero they were great were gone in a week no mice. There lawn care in Cicero was also great never looks better. As for the spiders I bought a year package to remove them and even tho they did try and sprayed several times just yesterday there was a spider in the tub. They are still where they have sprayed in the basement. Even had talk with the owner and well he said they woul get it done but well the failed. Would have to think again if I want to use them again or if it is just the location doing the work as they have several different location servicing you. For mice Yes, for Lawn Yes. For spiders. No for me.

I went with Chem-wise because their prices were lower for their 3-times annually plan. $145 for the first visit (drops down to $120 if you mention Angie's list) and $79 for each time after. And if you prepay for the future visits you get $15 off. The technician called ahead and asked if he could come early since his previous appointment ran short. He sprayed the deck, windows, problem areas I pointed out and even the outside of my unit which I wasn't expecting since my unit's on the second floor. He was very courteous and professional and I appreciated that he took ownership of my pest problems. He said that he would personally come out if I needed him to come back out should I see anymore pests before the next visit from Chem-wise in the spring.

They sprayed under deck and all around house with a liquid . They used a powder killer for the hornets, worked well. Two weeks later when I saw more wasps in a different area of the deck they came back no charge and re-sprayed. I have not seen any bees/ wasps from the last time they sprayed.

The gentleman (whose name I have forgotten) arrived promptly at 9am. He checked in with me to see if I had any questions. He aerated the front, side and back yard. He was probably here just over an hour. I am very happy with his work. I expect I will be calling on them again next fall.

We called the number listed here; and Chem-wise referred us to their Berwyn, IL office. We called there and they came out the next day and took care of the problem. One-time service. There was some confusion over billing. We provided a credit card to charge but they didn't charge us. And they didn't invoice us either so we called after a month or so; and they agreed to put the charge through. Other than the billing snafu things went great and we would use them again if we needed.
