Flooring
They have been to house THREE times to do this job, each time with an unsatisfactory result. FIrst, there was debris in the final finish. A second attempt left air bubbles in the final coat. The third time left debris (grass, dirt specks), unfinished areas, and pools of varnish. Well, Brian agreed to come to the house, yet again, to redo the floors. He scheduled a time with us, so again we removed all the furniture, boarded the dog, secured the cats, and made arrangements to be out of the house. He never showed. He would not answer calls, nor did he return them. I am so disappointed and am contacting the BBB and an attorney. Disaster is the word.
