Todd shows up on time and performs all work in a professional manner. He pays a lot of attention to detail. I would definitely call Todd for all of our future home repair needs.

Todd (owner of Accurate Home Repairs) returned my call promptly, showed up when promised to provide a quote and showed up quickly, as promised,  to do the work.  He was trustworthy, professional, quick, friendly and thorough.  He found a way to do a job that could have required a lot of additional time that saved us money (that would have gone in his pocket).  
I would use Todd again for any project he is qualified for and highly recommend him to anyone needing a "handyman".

Went very well. Not only did he fix the spots we knew about, but he also checked everything out on the roof while he was up there and found another that needed preventive work.

Mr. Yeates is a very trustworthy person. He shows up on time and ready to work. He takes pride in the jobs that he completes  and guarantees his work. Mr. Yeates started with my home by putting in wood floors, new screen doors, new windows and changing out

restroom hardware for my new restaurant. Todd installed handicap hardware for the bathrooms and placing it in the right position as outlined in the handicap code book. He also installed all of the counters and trim work that makes the restaurant look complete. I would not have the restaurant opened without him!!!  I cant say enough about his service and about him as a person.



Having dealt with a lot of dishonest contractors, once you find someone like Todd who will give you a honest quote and stick by it, plus do a excellent job- KEEP HIM!!! He is my first call when something needs repairing. I refer Mr. Yeates to my friends and relatives because I know that they wont get ripped off!!!

Todd returned my calls promptly and did the work the same day as the estimate. He even went and purchased the supplies that day. I would hire him again!

Todd came out the same day I called to give me a quote. I said yes to his quote and he came out the following week to fix my deck.  He did a very good job and even recommended  the stain I should use to restain the deck.  Also I should mention that while he was at my place for the quote, I asked about hanging a towel rank and a shelf.  Todd not only quoted me but did the actually while he was there for the quote.  I definitely appreciate having some who is straight forward and easy to work with on home repairs that I can't do myself.

With a variety of jobs that I felt uncomfortable with, Mr. Yeates completed all of them professionally. The price per estimate was reasonable and Mr. Yeates was very transparent with all details/expenses. The most impressive part of the experience for me was the follow-through that occurred. When a time was given for a visit or phone response, Mr. Yeates was punctual. This is not the norm from my experiences with other service providers, so I am very impressed. I appreciate his openness, and will give him the first opportunity for future needs I may have in my home.

Todd did everything as promised in installing the piece of fascia I needed installed.  He even went around while he was up on the roof and hammered in a few other loose nails he saw while he was up there.  Would definitely work with him again.

Todd was very good about communication and came out promptly for an estimate.  Although the start of the  project was slightly delayed a few days by his schedule, he did complete the work during the week that was originally promised.

During the work Todd explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions.  One wall was not completely plumb, but he did the best he could to get a good fit with the new door.  He took his time to get everything right.

He encouraged us to call if we had any follow-up questions or concerns.

Todd had to go out to buy a new part.  Replaced the faucet promptly. Very nice and professional.  I would definitely recommend him to others.

Other folks I called were not able to determine the source of the leak in my roof and not only did Todd figure it out, but also came over while I was at work to fix it before the nasty weather set in. It was a relief knowing this was fixed and we were very appreciative of the extra effort by Todd to get to the bottom in resolving our problem.

During the faucet install, he also noticed that someone did not install my dishwasher output line correctly and when I asked fixed that as well.

I highly recommend you give Todd a call if you want someone you can count on to get it done right.

I needed a kitchen sink, bathroom sinks, and toilets
replaced.
When I initially contacted Todd for an estimate, he
responded right away – within an hour. I already had someone in
mind that I planned to hire, but I wanted to check other options. Todd came
to my house when promised and gave a break down of everything that needed to be
fixed along the steps he would take to make the repairs. He even fixed a
small problem I had on this first visit…which was something the others had
overlooked.
I decided to go with Todd not only because he is reasonable
with his pricing, but he was also able to repair everything on my list rather
than me having to contact several other handymen for different jobs. I
decided to replace the entire vanities, mirrors and light fixtures as well, and
he was able to pick up my materials which helped A LOT. When one of the
vanities didn’t work because of the location of my pipes, he returned it for me
and helped me look for another one. He is very “picky” about his work,
which is great because I am EXTREMELY happy with the outcome…I feel like I have
new bathrooms!!
Todd was always prompt, professional, and took the time to
explain things as he worked. He is also very honest and upfront,
not to mention, very friendly! I would highly recommend him to others and
I plan on hiring him for future projects. I am a very satisfied
customer!

I need two fairly small jobs completed recently: 1. replace the seal on my exterior (mudroom to garage) door or replace the door since there was quite a gap and 2. replace the deadbolt and handset on that same door with a set that uses a single key. I contacted Accurate Home Repair based on their reviews and proximity to my home. Todd responded to my email within an hour and offered to come out the next day (which was a Sunday) to provide an estimate. Since the job was straightforward, he was in and out fairly quickly but he took the time to explain how he would tackle the work and to assure me that these were things he does all the time. We agreed to his very reasonable quote. He also said that he would pick up the hardware required which gave me one less thing to do.
Fast forward to completing the job: Prior to my scheduled date Todd informed that he had a cancellation that would allow my job to be completed approximately a week earlier than planned. I jumped on that offer and he came out on Saturday. Changing the lock wasn't as easy as expected; due to hole positioning in the door it required a bit more time and effort but it only impacted the estimate by $10 despite the extra, unplanned work to make the lock fit correctly. The door seal makes me smile every time I look at it. It looks great and more importantly, the door is completely and wonderfully sealed.
Props to Todd for (a) honesty in working with the least costly option of replacing the door's seal rather than replacing the door, (b) for his timeliness in getting my job completed (early) during a very busy time for him and (c) the quality of his work. I'll definitely use him again.

Todd was very professional in showing up on time. He first reviewed the project and talked solutions to repair it. We both figured the best solution and he went to work. When project was complete, I was very satisfied with his work, in fact customers in the restaurant ask who did this bar counter top. He also has done work at my home as well

Overall, Todd was great at doing the install and making sure the site was clean of debris while customers were in restaurant. Our business is moving to a bigger location and I will call Todd to do a lot of the work. As a business owner you find good contractors and you keep them. I will always call Mr. Yeates when my projects come up.

Punctual and performed well but refused to supply receipts for materials. Paid vendor as and quot;Accurate Home Repairand quot; and he refused payment stating that he does not have a business banking account setup. I highly recommend not using this vendor as he sent me a text stating the following : and quot;Obviously you cant take directions so your the unprofessional one! My account knows a lot more then you do!!! Your mistake, not mine.and quot;

Unprofessional customer service and not formally structured as a business while not provided receipts for materials. Don't recommend!!!

Todd was very professional throughout the entire process. He came out to inspect the siding that was damaged during a hail storm and provided me with an estimate and realistic timeframe for completion. He was on time for both the inspection and service appointment and kept me informed throughout the project. Todd did a great job and cleaned up the job site afterwards.

I first contacted Todd after our ceiling started leaking, following some heavy rains. We were a couple days away from leaving for vacation, so I wanted to get this situation rectified immediately. The other handyman services I tried before I came across Todd's information said I'd have to wait two to three weeks before they could come out! Needless to say, I said and quot;no thanksand quot; and kept looking. When I called Todd, he made a point of fitting me in later that same day, which I GREATLY appreciated. Todd was able to identify the source of the leak by looking at our roof and chimney, and he fixed everything promptly and for an exceptionally reasonable price.
I was so impressed with his work and customer service that I then asked him about another problem we would need fixed in the near future. Specifically, squirrels had damaged the dormers on our roof and created a nest behind them, so we knew we'd need help repairing our dormers once the squirrels had (humanely) been relocated by our wildlife guy. Todd listed carefully to what we needed and again evaluated what work would need to be performed. He graciously stayed at-the-ready for the several weeks it took the wildlife guy to remove and relocate all the squirrels, and he made himself available for us as soon as the wildlife guy gave the green light. It took him a day to fix everything, and my husband and I were again very impressed with the price he charged. Now I don't have to worry about a leaky ceiling or nesting squirrels -- thanks Todd! He is the only handyman I'm calling from now on, and I am giving his information to both my mom and my aunt!

Accurate Home Repair was in the building performing the service about a week ago. He hung some posters and installed them in a very poor fashion that damaged the posters. The company who printed the poster stated that the damage to the poster and grommet was so damaged, that it needed to be replaced. The printers stated that due to the way the hardware was installed, it would require the same person to come out and install any future posters on the installations. When we addressed this issue Accurate Home Repair, he wanted us to pay an additional $75.00 for him to install a new screw/bolt for the installation. When we asked him to explain why there was a $75.00 charge he wanted to charge us an extra service fee, because he would have to leave the building and property to acquire the parts. We asked if there was another way to bring the parts to him instead of him leaving and charging us the extra fee, because we were already charged $75.00 for this service call, and did not want to pay ANOTHER $75.00 for him to go acquire the parts. It was at this time that the service provider started screaming and saying inappropriate things to people in the building. As this is a new building that has had several contractors in and out working on the property, I have never seen this sort conduct from any contractor. I never want to have this man or company on the property again.
