I had a rust spot on my car above the gas tank opening and wanted it repaired. This was the first place I went to for a quote. They were very thorough and shared information I did not know about the history of my car. I did my diligence and went to 2 other places for quotes and all 3 were in the same range. However, Parkside seemed the most honest and down to earth and so I went with them. They quoted me 3 days and had my car finished in 2. The price was exactly what they quoted me. They did a fabulous job and I am very happy with them. I would recommend them highly.

Took 3 days due to being repainted.  They also superbly cleaned my van inside and out.

Personnel were very nice and professional. Job was completed on time and we were satisfied with the results.

The owner is very friendly. He is very honest and what needs to be done. He is a great guy to deal with. He really knows his business. He immediately assess the situation and deals very smoothly and seamlessly with the insurance agency. The results are always wonderful.

I have a 2000 Honda Accord with approximately 154,000 miles. It runs great. The car is in overall good condition but an area on the front of the hood was starting to show rust. I decided to have it fixed on my own dime, no insurance company involved. I got two estimates. One was to repair the damage ( grind, fill, sand repaint etc ) at $ 700 and the other was from Parkside Auto Body to replace the entire hood for $ 493. I was told by the shop willing to repair the damage that they could not guarantee the work and the rust would likely return. They estimated a new hood at $1,200 to $ 1,400.

I brought the car in to Parkside on a Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM and it was ready at 5:00 PM. It looks great! I had also asked Tim if there was any paint left over could I have it for some touch ups. As promised he delivered.

The shop looks a little messy, the reception area is old and small... don't be fooled... where it counts the body work itself the work is excellent. Tim was good to deal with and I will use them again. Highly recommended! One item to be aware of they do not accept credit cards (cash or check only).

They did a good job. I found them on Angie's List. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

For August, the staff were very responsive to my wife's needs when she took the vehicle in. Work was done in a very timely and excellent manner.

this company did a beautiful job repairing my SUV. It looks like new. I have absolutely no complaints with the work they did. My only problem was the attitude problem with the young lady behind the counter that processes the paperwork. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I had to pay a $500 deductible. I handed her a credit card, which she then told me they do not take. I inquired as to why she did not tell me that on the phone prior to me coming in and she said there were signs all over the office and it was my responsibility to read them. I spent absolutely no time hanging around their office and thought it would have been a nice courtesy for her to remind customers of the no credit card policy over the phone. I do not carry a checkbook with me, so I had to go back home to retrieve it. This was a major inconvenience. I think she could learn a bit about customer service because she is the face of the business.

Parkside Auto Body did an excellent job, done quickly and at the quoted price. They were almost half the price of the other quote that I received from another local body shop. I would not hesitate in using them again, or recommending them to anyone.

Perfect. This was a relatively small job. Never the less they quickly scheduled a time to do the work and kept the appointment. The car was done when they said it would be done. The price was exactly the same as the orignial estimate. No Games. Very Professional. Seems to be a very solid, reliable local business that you can count on to do the work you need them to do with minimum of hassle.

Tim is a pleasure to work with. Getting the quote only took about 15 minutes. In fact after talking to him, I didnt bother getting an estimate from anyone else. He went out of his way to ensure the work was completed on time ( he actually finished in one day) and that we were happy with the final work product. Dont hesitate to bring you care here.

No one enjoys taking their car in for body work, but Parkside made the experience completely painless. The staff is courteous and professional, and the work was done promptly--and for the price originally estimated (this was work done for an insurance claim). In fact, not only was my car ready when they said it would be, but several hours earlier than I'd anticipated. The quality of the repair was outstanding, and the paint matched so perfectly you would never know there had been any damage. I would recommend Parkside Auto Body without reservation.

Perfectly completed work, you can not tell the car was ever in an accident. The color of my car is silver and I was told when I bought the car that silver was the most difficult color to match if you're in an accident. This was not a problem for Parkside, the color matched perfectly. One of the owners paints every car. You can tell a lot of care and pride went into the job, especially the painting.

Fortunately, this company was able to salvage this car. The insurance company felt that the car could be fixed and these guys were able to do the difficult task. I have also taken my sports car there in the past to have them do some body work for me and I think they do a fantastic job.
