I go every 5000 miles. I like them, their people are very professional and do a good job. I really like them. My car runs really well. If they see my car has a lot of maintenance coming up they will try to break it up so I don't have a big bill. I think their follow up is good. Their people are very professional. They just redid their waiting area, it's really lovely. Everyone is very nice there.

They are very fair. Took about 2 hours for maintenance work. They called later to be sure everything was going well. There were no issues. They are always very familiar, they remember your name. They are like family, they remember you.

I would use them again.

We self diagnosed this repair and called the dealer to confirm that the work would be done under warranty.  Over the phone, we were told it would be covered.  We took the car in and for three days they couldn't diagnose the problem until someone finally put the car up on a lift.  Then they haggled with us and said the repair would not be covered under warranty and demanded that we pay for the repair.  Phone calls to customer service were tossed around.  Getting any information out of them was frustrating.  We felt misled and taken advantage of.  Bottom line: the car was repaired after a week in their shop.  Lexus (not the dealer) paid for the part and we had to pay over $500 for labor.

First I called to arrange a appointment to come in.  I was put on hold for 23 minutes, that should of been my first clue.  The service rep. stated I did not need an appointment and they would take me in once I arrived.  My intake with the service rep. took about 20 minutes, he was in training.  I told them I had found a nail in one tires put I want then to visually check all the tires just in case.  after 2 hours wait  the Rep. come back and stated that the nail was to close to the side wall for a permit fix and that I would need a new tire and sensor since the nail damage it as well.  I asked the cost, he states $280 for the tire and $246 for the sensor.  I told him he was wrong that the nail was not even close to the sidewall and the nail could not of damaged the sensor.  I told him I wanted my car and asked if the nail was removed and the tire repaired he stated "yes".  I left the dealership and went back to my office and inspected the tire.  Would you believe the nail was still in the tire and the reason for the senor going off  was because of low pressure in the tire 23 pounds!  Latter in the day I called Woodfield Lexus they told me to come in and they would take care of the problem.  45 minutes later I was out the door with a repaired tire and a reset senor.

They always provide top notch service.

We went there after seeing the Toyota Camry Hybrid online at a great price. We got there and met Alex Castro the salesman who was very personable and friendly, didn't push the car on us, and very helpful. The finance guy Hugh was also top notch! If my husband ever got his wish of owning a Lexus one day we would definitely love to do business with these guys again.

I'm not very happy with them. They seem to pump up the bill by telling me they need to fix things that do not need to be fixed.

They are a great place. Their service is amazing, they always give you a fair price when you purchase. I have dealt with them for many years. I was impressed because they had always treated me well even if I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. They always try to use the warranty for repairs if they can.

They are very responsive, very easy to do business with and very professional. They are very accommodating to your personal need and schedule.

It went wonderfully. They did the work in a timely manner and encountered no problems. I have been using Arlington Lexus for nearly 20 years, and I have never been disappointed.

Very well. The finance department described all of the money issues in detail. The new delivery department went over the warranty, the features and the systems. They showed me the instruction books and how to run the video. Then they spent a lot of time showing me the systems in the car. As a hybrid, the car has different procedures and they made sure I understood them before I left. They even got my cell phone hooked up to the hands-free system in the car.

We have two Lexus vehicles and we take them both into this dealership. They are really good about giving you loaners. They are open until eleven o'clock at night, too. They are very good there. They give good service to you as a customer. We have been using them since 1999.

I THINK THAT THEY HAVE DONE A FINE JOB.
